This is my favorite local Airsoft one stop shop. They have extremely competitive prices for a US seller, have tons of pistols, rifles, gear, and replacement & upgraded parts. Don’t believe the negative reviews as my personal experience here has been nothing short of excellent. My hats off to Peter and his professional staff who are extremely knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions or concerns i have Airsoft related. Have been having to order less overseas now that I’ve found these guys locally!
I had a terrible experience at this place. The owner, Peter, was extremely rude and ignored me. It made me feel awful. When I confronted him about it, he became defensive and told me I didn't have to buy anything if I didn't like it. It's clear that he hates both the customers and his job. I am determined to spread the word about this awful place and make sure everyone knows about Peter's behavior. Respond to peter 9/23 I appreciate you sharing your perspective on our interaction. It seems that you were preoccupied with various tasks and responsibilities at the time, and you claim to have had no recollection of our encounter. I understand that managing a busy store can be demanding, and it's possible that you may not have noticed my attempts to get your attention. However, it's important to note that my inquiry about potentially offending you was not intended to be taken seriously by everyone present. The fact that it was perceived as a joke initially speaks to the lack of clarity in the situation. While you may not have been aware of my presence or attempts to engage with you, it does not dismiss my experience of feeling overlooked. While I understand that you were busy serving other customers and managing a birthday party, it's essential to maintain a level of professionalism when interacting with individuals who are seeking assistance. While I may not be entitled to your undivided attention, it's reasonable to expect basic courtesy and acknowledgment. Regarding your suggestion about my choice of hobbies and my supposed emotionally damaged state, I find it inappropriate and uncalled for. It's not productive or respectful to make assumptions or derogatory remarks about someone's character or personal preferences based on a single interaction. In the future, I hope you can be more aware of your surroundings and considerate of customers who may require your attention. Clear communication and mutual respect are crucial in fostering positive experiences for everyone involved. Thank you for taking the time to address my concerns, and I hope we can both learn from this experience.
Peter helped me out today with showing how to properly maintain my new Poseidon P80 showing how to disassemble, clean, and how to care for the magazines. He even went above and beyond by showing me how to care for the magazines and explained how to properly store them and explained how if not properly taken care for can cause issues with the o ring making them shrink. Enough of the ramble. Summary Peter was very helpful, knowledgeable, and made my experience shopping at airsoft extreme a 10/10. Thank you so much!
My friend and I had our first airsoft experience at Airsoft Extreme in Santa Clara and it was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we understood the rules and felt comfortable. They went above and beyond in making our visit fun and memorable. We were truly impressed with their excellent customer service. Can't wait to return for more airsoft action. Highly recommend
The store seems alright, but the Asian guy at the counter the owner? was extremely rude and unfriendly. He gives elitist attitude, looking down on you and rolling his eyes as if you're stupid. I'm not a sensitive person, but I don't like being treated like trash. I can't fathom how they manage to stay afloat in the age of Amazon. They're selling plastic toys, not spaceships. Hope they will hire somebody who can actually work with the customers without scaring them away. Upd: it's quite amusing to read guy's responses to critical reviews. The fact that I compete in USPSA doesn't automatically make me a grand master. Actually, I'm not even in the B class. That's an open competition - everyone can come. You see 80 years old grandmas there as well as 13 years old kids. I literally never seen airsoft guns in my entire life before coming to the store and I was forward about it. Reading other reviews, it seems that the guy's entire purpose in life is to get in fight with his customers. He is like an overgrown child, who believes that his plastic toys are real. THEY ARE NOT.
Had a lot of fun here. Yes, I did feel the sales/front of office staff were a bit short with us and could improve on their customer service… I also suspect they have had to put up with alot… However the umpire looking after us in the back during the game was really good.
Peter the store owner was great! Needed a gun for upcoming weekend and he built me my High Capa for free, took him 15 minutes. Will be going back.
I'm not sure if the Asian gentleman the owner? had a bad day but he was terse whenever I asked for help. The other staff were more talkative and friendlier. I wanted to buy my first set of gear but it felt like he didn't want my business or didn't want to bother with my questions. Otherwise it seems like a very clean and well kept store.
I was recently in this store with little knowledge about how the world of airsoft works, a little shy since I saw some negative comments from the owner and the staff who work there, as for my experience in the store it was great since I only entered to observe but the owner came over and asked me if I needed anything I started asking him about some rifles and he took the time to explain everything I needed to know and I left the store with my first Airsoft Gun Good experience for me
I play here weekly! Good selection and the techs are well knowledgeable
