AJ's restaurant

I have been a regular customer for the last three years. The food is served fast and the staff is friendly and attentive. However over the last couple of months I have a noticed a difference in my favorite things—the home fries and scrambled eggs. The portions have been noticeably cut. The taste and consistency of the home fries has declined. This is evident in the breakfast combo. I get it—inflation is affecting us all. I’d rather pay a little more and keep the portions and consistency the way it was. What has happened to the flavor of the home fries? I never needed to add any salt or pepper. Now I feel there is no flavor. They used to be crispier and tasted better. The last three visits over the last couple months have been noticeably not as good. Please go back to the way it was. It’s worth the extra cost. If I want less taste and consistency I could go to any local diner. AJ’s was always better.

1st time going to this restaurant. The service was great everyone was very nice. The ice coffee choice are excellent and the breakfast menu was filled with lots of choices and the food was very good. There was 5 of us. Bought 2 gigantic muffins for the road. Highly recommend. We will be back

I would give AJ's 5 stars, but the coffee leaves something to be desired. That's the only slight negative I can give. Service is so friendly like the wait staff actually enjoy their job! The food is tasty, plentiful and is served hot and in a timely manner. Great breakfast spot.Food: 5/5

When we got there Harmony sat us down and got the menus. Very very very nice girl. The restaurant itself is very clean and organized. The food comes in huge portions and it is delicious. We got the combos and they were so cheap compared to other breakfast places. I believe the combo was $9 and if you look at the pictures you’ll see how huge it was. One combo will fill up two people. This location is CASH ONLY, which we didn’t see mentioned online maybe overlooked. But they have an ATM that has a $1.75 fee on it, so not bad at all. Definitely looks like a place people go couple times a week with their families or just to grad breakfast to go. We will be back!

I loved AJ's. The service my last time was horrible we waited so long to order and then had to track waitress down to pay. Ordered the corn muffin grilled with butter it pretty much crumbled and a breakfast special omelete which was okay. One plus is it is a cheap breakfast bill for two people was 26Food: 2/5

This place is legit…. The staff is genuinely nice, friendly and authentic, definitely nothing pretentious here. The food came out quickly, portion size was perfect and boy was it delicious. It’s cash only and it’s definitely not going to break the bank!!!!! Definitely visit here. Definitely try the hot chocolate. Be prepared to be blown away….GREAT SERVICE, GREAT FOOD, GREAT PRICE!!!!!!

Cute little diner in west Warrick, the service was great and have ample parking around the building and the back. You just walk in and seat yourself. The food was great and the coffee was top notch as well. Can see myself going here very often. The choices are endless. You can get lunch or breakfast here.

It’s not a trip home without stopping in at AJ’s! The best breakfast spot in RI.

The food was a little more expensive than some of the other breakfast and lunch places in the area like Gel's. Tried the combo breakfast and two eggs any style, the eggs had an odd flavor we couldn't figure out and the pancakes were chewy and very dense. Bacon, sausages, and home fries were good though.

We love AJs for breakfast and the food is great whether dining or taking out. Friendly staff and you will be amazed at how quickly the food arrives at your table after ordering.
