Akins Store on the corner was ran for 30+ years by my great grandfather which was the lively hood of our family before I was born. Now although closed up, shuffling through old pictures and seeing my family working in the store helped me to come up with a name for my own business. We are located in Tennessee in the small town of Brighton where we only have one stoplight and the best home-cooking restaurant around.
