Great experience, well worth the drive 1 hour to find the recliner I was looking for. A friend suggested Adkins, saying they had a great selection and she was right! Emily was very helpful but not at all pushy, she pointed us to the recliners, then checked on us just as we found the chair we wanted. She quickly handled the sale and the guys at the dock got the chair wrapped up and loaded. They apologized for the time it took but we fully expected it since they were very busy. I highly reccomend Adkins. Those folks know what they are doing. Extra points for the great lunch we had next door at the Big Time Cafe.

Great place to furniture shop. Huge selection!!! Plan on an hour visit to just walk thru the whole store. Something for ever room in your house. Take purchase home with you or schedule delivery. Very helpful and attentive sales staff. Purchased from them many times over the past 15 years. Competitive pricing.

We are repeat customers at Akins and have been very pleased with every purchase. Angie, Charlotte and the delivery men were very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable with our recent purchase.

I like the variety of nice furniture this store carries. Nice friendly service. I've bought furniture for years from Akins. I've had a lot of compliments of my bedroom furniture.

Arrived at the store and was met by Wanda. She asked questions and actually listened to what I wanted. Found exactly what I was looking for and saved somewhere between $600 and $1000 on one room of furniture. TIP - go during the week. They are overwhelmed on weekends. I was there on a Thursday and got the time and attention needed to make a quality decision.

Never again will I buy anything from here again. Spent over $4000 for a bedroom suite and the bed broke 3 weeks after we got it. Have been trying for 6 months now. Every time we call they give us the same answer send pics to customer service..sad I have a bed that we can’t even use

I bought a table and chairs. Luckily I was able to get the last one that was one the floor. I love it. The young men that loaded it on our truck had to wrap it since the chairs were not boxed. They did a great job taking care to make sure it would get to Ider with no issues. Wonderful young men. Thank you

Best prices and selections of any furniture store we visited. Ms. Wanda was very helpful and answered my questions. I just hope they still have the 3 piece living room set or something very similar to it when we go back. Our house has been delayed by at least a month now. So, we're looking at August now.

Aikins Furniture has been our favorite resource for furnishings. Everyone has been quite helpful and they have an ample selection to choose from.

Store and sales staff are great. Excellent selections. However, delivery service was nothing to brag about. Stripped out 5 of the screws to my bed. Sent pictures via text to manager who indicated he would replace them....month later I’m still waiting.
