All around good airport with 9 gates. Always quick security and an easy walk to the gates.  More and more amenities have been added over the years. Currently, there are good food and drink options available during the day.  Also, plenty of restrooms and refillable water stations.

Great airport...easy to get around.  My only complaint is if you are flying with cremated remains jyst know ahead of time they will get flagged going through TSA.  I inquired days before we flew and I wish they would have told us this was protocol.  I get it, but I wasn't prepared for this emotionally.  This was my mom and it just hit me hard as they put the box she was in through several inspections.

Love this airport! Simple and easy to fly in and out of as well as drop off and pick people up. Cell phone lot is right next to terminal and very easy to use. You mess something up...just drive around the short loop and start over. Our first pick  is here over Cleveland and Pitt.

I love the convenience of this airport. The smallness of this location is a plus. Getting through the very friendly and professional TSA officers is a breeze. As you exit the security check point you have Gates 1 and 2 on the right.  The rest of the gates are upstairs where you can use the elevator or escalators.  You have a business center,  children play area, along with a couple of places to get food and drinks. There are multiple restrooms in this upper location.  They are still adding to the space. The parking is very reasonable long-term is $12.00 and covered short term $13.00.  The covered parking is closer to the departure gates. The rental cars are lined up outside with easy return.

Our departure flight was smooth as could be from the moment we parked until we took off for Orlando.  That's where the positivity ended...fast forward 1 wk-as we stood there waiting at the baggage claim my travel jewelry box appeared by itself on the belt!  Obviously someone ransacked my suitcase when it arrived at your airport which was a direct flight.  ALL of my jewelry was stolen- over $450!  When I alerted staff I was told I needed to contact the airline, which I immediately did.  After several emails and texts no live agents the final word was "we aren't liable".  I suggested pulling surveillance,  but was shot down.  The airport did nothing at all to assist me.  I don't understand how this is acceptable.  We will never return to the Canton/Akron airport.

Clean and well organized airport. Roads and parking lots are well marked. Returned a rental car easily. Terminal is bright and clean, friendly staff. Made it through security and to the gate very quickly. Wish all airport experiences were this smooth.

Easy long term parking.  Bright and clean inside.  Good TSA crew.  Limited food options.

Close, convenient, and smooth. Constantly improving, I've watched this airport grow as I have over the years. Unfortunately DELTA is not flying from or to CAK hopefully they will return soon. Hard working staff keep the airport very clean. There are family bathrooms as well as a newly added  pet relief center. Play area for children, and sensory room for special needs. A spacious office with a door,  printer, and desks to allow for focus on those lats minute business projects. Multiple large bathrooms handle demand well and then some. Super clean and well equipped with handicap stalls, and child changing stations. Currently all parking is focused on SHORT TERM LOT both long term A &B are closed.

This airport is very accessible to get to and that is why I love it. It’s very modern and is small so it doesn’t have tons of people trying to get where ever where. TSA officers were very kind and moved very quickly to get the people on my flight inside the airport.

UAL flight delayed 083023 due to maintenance issues. No technical staff on-site. Eventually canceled flight. Tried next morning, same flight. Initially delayed 20 min, then then 3+ hour delay.  Would have missed connecting flight. Only option was to add another stop to later flight, which meant another potential to get stuck in another state. Only last minute flights from CLE were over double the price and more than double travel time, and lose another day. Will likely fly CLE next time. CAK too small for Airlines to properly staff apparently.
