Great Company! Brought the samples to my home, which saved me so much time and I could compare what the carpet looks like in my home. We made the selection that day! We thought it would take weeks for the installation and the salesman told me it would be done in a week, it was! I couldn't believe it! The installers were friendly did a excellent job. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for new carpet for there home or business!
We recently had Cortec Plus flooring from Akron Carpet installed in two rooms of our home. One week from the day we placed our order the floor was perfectly installed and in use. The installation crew carefully moved all the heavy furniture and then promptly began laying the planks. The crew of five men were very careful and did a professional job. Akron Carpet will be our first stop if we need more flooring in the future.
UNPROFESSIONAL IN EVERY ASPECT OF THE WORD. The floor did turn out nice, but that's not the reason for review. We were not home at the time of install. Our security camera witnessed one of them walking around the house... entering rooms they had no business being in. Also one worker was taking things from a room and playing with them. We felt very uncomfortable with this. We discussed this with Dawson in detail and he laughed and said, "they were just goofing off ". You are there to work, not to goof off. Would not recommend. TRULY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Had my house done..front room, dining room and living area...looks wonderful! The installers were on time and actually cleaned up after themselves..wish I could get my son to do that! I would give then 6 stars if I could! Send a friend your way! Thanks again so much for how fast you installed ..I think I ordered it and 2 days later is was going in!
They are very professional. They came out to my home I picked out the carpet I liked. I can’t believe how fast it was installed and it looks great. Off to the next room.
