Everyone there is super friendly, the dr’s, nurses, receptionist’s!! We just love Dr. Martinez. She really cares about her patients and takes the time to talk to them personally.
I took my kids here for years because I love their doctor but the past year the front desk girls are absolutely rude! They rush you, give smart remarks to the kids and flat out disrespectful for no reason! If you didn't want to be around kids then maybe you shouldn't work at a pediatrics.
I have been bringing my son here since he was born. It has been Seven yrs. now. I have no want to ever change doctors or offices! Mrs. Martinez is amazing and I have never had any problems with any of the other pediatricians when I had to schedule an ASAP appointment! They are always kind and patient with my son in the exam room in all situations! I have called in for potential same day appointments and the receptionists were always friendly and tried their best to accommodate our situation. Thank you Children's Hospital Pediatrics for such great care and service!
My son has always received excellent care at this office. Dr. DeLucia is always very understanding, and will listen to your concerns no matter how “small” of an issue.
I’ve been taking my son here since he’s been born. He’s 8 months old. We’ve seen all the doctors here at least once or twice. However, the staff and doctors are wonderful and great!
I wish I could give 5 stars for how awesome Dr. Davis is. But the office staff. Rudest people I have ever spoken to in my life. The secretaries are the reason we are forced to switch to a different pediatrician. A secretary is the face and front line of your office and you should really consider having some manors being in that position.
My daughter has gone here since she was born, and we always have a good experience. Very clean place, very nice staff and Dr. Martinez is awesome!
This place is a frickin joke, WONT LET ME SCHEDULE DAYS AHEAD FOR MY SON TO COME IN, THE RUDE FRONT DESK TELLS ME I HAVE TO CALL THE DAY OF TO GET MY SON IN, SO I CALL AS SOON AS THEY OPEN AND THEY TELL ME THEY HAVE NO APPOINTMENTS LEFT! what the hell kind of office does that? Looks like we will be looking for a new pediatrician, which is sad because his doctor is wonderful.. the staff not so much.
Extremely rude and unprofessional. The atmosphere is unwelcoming and bordering on violent. Extremely nasty and insensitive.
