I had an appointment scheduled for 3:05 today at the Stow Ohio Allen road location suite 300 with Dr. Kathryn Clark primary care. I checked in and was in the empty waiting room. I took a call from my surgeons office in regards to my primary care appointment. I quietly took the call but was asked by the receptionist to take the call in the hallway which I did. When I came back in she was telling the other 2 receptionists how rude I was. I asked her was she referring to me and she said yes. I was completely embarrassed and left the office. This is no way to treat a new patient and she definitely does not represent the clinic as decent or caring individual. This is an absolute shame as I have been waiting for this appointment and now I have to reschedule with another office which takes away from my recovery and my health. This woman has no business in interacting with the public let alone people that are trying to get their health back after a major surgery.
Whoever the lady is who answers the phone for their lifestyle center is kinda rude. I asked about their gym facility and she says with an attitude "you have to be a member; you cant just walk in from off the street and want to use our gym." Like wow.....rude much? Trust I won't be seeking a membership here anytime soon.
I went there for a urinary issues. I waited in the waiting room for 15 minutes, And then I was told the doctor was leaving. Now if a patient was to cancel last minute like that they would have been charged......... Keep in mind I was in pain and I had other issues. No one to back that doctor up. They really didn't care after all it is all about the money and the politics. Cleveland clinic is just a name like Nike. I made an appointment with University hospitals got right in and they fix the issue.... I've had issues with Cleveland clinic for over 25 years
I seen Dr.Biats and he was amazing! He was able to run everything by me and get me in to have 3 cyst out! Easy procedure and I thank you so much bc for a I was lost and was going to a doc who wasn’t helping me! I would still be coming to you if you just weren’t so far but all and all I’m so happy that you were able to help me and I’ll forever be grateful!
I'm have never had a better experience with the CC ER than I have at this location. ALL staff were amazing and kind and knowledgeable. No one rushed me even though it was later in the evening that I was there and the doctors and techs all made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. The doctors helping me made me feel incredibly at ease about the reason I was there. Very clean rooms, very comfortable for any amount of time you have to wait. Outside of my treatment, which isn't something they can control, everything was quick and easy! My medicine was ready at the pharmacy the next morning. Will always recommend them and use them when I need an ER visit.
The front office staff have the personalities of a plastic house plant. Instead of barking “sign in at desk 4” try “ Sir, please sign in at desk 4 and we will be with you in a moment “ is rudeness an Ohio thing because I have found that Ohio has the rudest Medical Adm assistants !!!!
I would rate higher if I could get a hold of these people. I kept trying to call about questions for upcoming tests and no one answers the phone. The directory is also horrible because it sends you to one directory to another. If I'd like to call and speak to a person in radiology the the phone number you offer for calling radiology should send me to a person not the same directory as the main line. Other wise the staff were nice and the place is clean.
Cleveland Clinic in Stow... Came in for appointment for neck and back issues... instead of looking at the issues with my neck and back, my blood pressure was taken and I was given muscle relaxants for 9 days... with no effective improvement... ...and, in only two plus weeks, my doctor will be available... Again, with 30 - 40 people working the back room, I had to wait 15 plus minutes on the phone to be told it would be anothe couple of weeks before the Clinic could re-address my issues.
Pretty disappointed. Went in with severe abdominal pain. Tried explaining that I had a history of this for ten years and that we’ve never figured out the underlying issue. They gave me nausea meds that didn’t work and sent me right on home. Refused an IV even though I was severely dehydrated. I threw up the moment I got home.
I slipped and had to get stitches. Everyone was so nice! I wish I could remember my nurses name probably in her late 60s short blonde hair - so so sweet. Was so nice.
