Al Punto in two words: meat sweats. Also: So good! We went with the Parrillada El Gaucho that came with garlic potatoes which were very tasty. For our sides we went with the grilled vegetable carpaccio and the deviled eggs with salmon salad. The grilled vegetable carpaccio wasn't what I was expecting but the flavors were good. I'll definitely order the deviled eggs again. My favorite meats were there tenderloin, the lamb and the chicken skewers.
First time tonight, food was AMAZING. So delicious! And I had a glass of the house malbec. Chef even came out to ask us how it was. Only reason for 4 stars was the waitress. Keep in mind, I too am a waitress, so I have certain expectations. She was the only one working in the front of house. We had to wait at the door, as no one was there to greet us. When she showed up she didn't seem too excited to help us, but was friendly. Checked on us minimally. I I understand wanting to be done with work and go home, but had she been a bit more friendly and attentive this would have been 5 stars.
The food was amazing; exceeded expectations. Owner Marco took time at the end of the night to join us and tell us his life story, which made for an incredible evening and quite the experience. Only open three weeks and you wouldn’t know it by how busy it was, how great the service was, and the exceptional meal we had. Can’t wait to come back!
Good food and service. It is a nice place for a special treat.
Finally a place where a carnivore can really dig in! Do yourself a favor and order the parrillada, and grab an extra chimichurri for the table.
Al Punto was a pleasant surprise. When you walk in; there was a pile of firewood near the entrance and the amazing smell of wood fire grilled meat. Elizabeth, our server, did a great job of explaining their menu, and gave great recommendations. We’ll be back for their salmon, empanadas, steak and chimichurri sauce. The fire roasted vegetables and meat were cooked to our liking, and the portions were huge.
Not at all what you think! The interior is amazing, quiet and comfortable with a modern feel. The service is prompt and attentive. Upon being seated, a taste of wine was offered and quickly empanada were brought for us to taste. I ordered a glass of the recommended wine - so good. We also ordered the house speciality and it was AMAZING!!! It may be a bit pricey but with what I am taking home will feed me for a week so actually not expensive at all. This is a must try experience.
Great food and service. Try the empanadas. Portions are big. The dulce de leche cheesecake is highly recommended.
Loved it! Didn't know what to expect, but overall the food was delicious . I had an appetizer that was just a fried cheese and a steak dou. Price was worth it. We did not have reservations and got attended right away. Would reccomend.
Amazing food!! Service was impressive!
