The company has been privileged to serve the Tongan royal family since 2003. Indeed, the company was graciously bestowed with the name "Alai" in 2006 by His Late Majesty King Tupou IV and Her Majesty the Queen Mother Halaevalu Mata'aho. "Alai" is a Tongan word meaning to "soar" or to "take flight".
