My husband surprised me with anniversary flowers. I was so amazed how beautiful the bouquet was. The photo doesn’t even do justice. The flowers are absolutely gorgeous and they smell amazing. Definitely buy flowers from Alameda Floral Design.

My sister and I had went it on Valentine's Day and we asked her to put together a bouquet and she just threw everything in the vase. It was very sloppy and her customer service was not good. We asked her if we could change the flowers and she did but she still just threw them in the vase. And then she upped the price to $120 and we asked her if she could take out some because we still didn't like it. She told us that she didn't have time and that was it. I would never recommend this place to anyone the prices are outrageous and the work is sloppy.

Cheap flowers that have about a day of life in them for $80! I could've bought nicer flowers for $4.99 at Trader Joe's. They don't look anything like the picture online. Driver didn't call or email to say they were delivered, and completely forgot the chocolates that were supposed to come with the order. Total rip off, if we don't get a refund we will be filing a dispute with our credit card company. Edit: company called and apologized and offered a full refund or a late delivery of the chocolates which I appreciate. Changed to 3 stars because at least they owned up to it.

Best alameda florist shop in the Bay Area! This is my go to spot when ordering flowers, I have been ordering flowers from there for years ,never hand an issue. The owner is very very sweet and nice!!! Go support this small business!!!!!

This was my favorite florist ever until Shirley sold the business a year or two ago. It's totally different. Shirley's huge arrangements are gone, and this place is nothing special. If you see a five-star rating from a few years ago, it's from Shirley's era. I'm giving it 3, but would have given it 5 a few years ago.

Still a 5 star for the memories of Shirley’s place. Went here for to buy some flowers a few days ago and don’t get me wrong, the flowers were really good. But it was at Shirley’s era where I had my epiphany for the significance of flowers with its resemblance and symbolism of the revolving world.

I live in Europe and I ordered a bouquet of tulips for someone's birthday. This person lives in Alameda and loves tulips. She sent me a thank you email and a photo of the bouquet she received. I was disappointed because the bouquet did not look exactly like the photo of the bouquet advertised on the web site. There was a lot of greenery and I preferred the simplicity of just the tulips. I let Alameda Floral Design know that I was unhappy about all the greenery and they delivered a complimentary bouquet of tulips without greenery. They were very kind and wanted to make everything right for me. Thank you, I appreciate such attentive customer service.
