Then front desk workers were very friendly and helpful, however this place takes insanely long! My appointment was at 11:00 am and I didn't get called in until 1:30 pm. Didn't leave this place until past 2:00pm. I have no idea why it would take so long. All I came in for was a health appraisal for a district job. Literally wasted an entire day.
I would give a zero. There is literally no one else here and I have waited 45 minutes and am still waiting for a drug test. But they sure have enough time to be having conversations. And they ask way too much sensitive information that they do not need.
This place is horrible. I don’t know why this was chosen as a worker’s comp clinic. They will give you an appointment date but not time. And if you went there and there’s a lot of patients ahead of you.. you have to wait the whole day...don’t come here if you have another appointment because for sure you’re gonna be late.
Im am NOT surprised at the low ratings n bad reviews for this place. Smh HORRIBLE service... incompetent staff AND doctors. The wait for a doctor's note was 2hrs.. the doctor recommended crutches for my sprained ankle...then gave a note to return to work on light duty! Imma CMA 80% of my job is walking...if u think i need crutches..y not jus give me the time off!??? Not to mention I declined the order for crutches bcuz id been waiting n the exam room for the MA to bring them for about 40 min already..on top of the 2hrs i had already been there...when i asked y i was receiving such bad service...she didn't have an answer. After asking to speak to a manager...i was told to wait...SOME MORE n an exam room...there were smart condescending remarks made and i was shut up n the room by myself..left to wait...AGAIN!! they need to shut this place down... If u don't care about ur pts... What's the point! STAY AWAY ive already reported them to the proper authorities as well.
Disclaimer: I am not a patient at this facility and never plan to be after my recent experience alongside my brother-inlaw who is a patient recently there for a DOT certification. Impossible to summarize in a few words, but the bulk of the issues pertain to the complete lack of courteous and respectful service communication demonstrated by the office staff and evident lack of qualified training in their professionif you do not know how to read and understand a bloodwork results printup, you should not be making decisions to inform a patient they require proof of testing for specific items listed on the same printup. This level of incompetence and arrogance seems to directly stem from the "Supervisor/s" "who runs the entire clinic" whom explained, "we need to cover ourselves and since we didn't perform the test and need a letter from the Doctor commenting on the stats"......... The very same stats and results listed on then printout we supplied along with date and time and Name of physician ordering the testingthe very same that is "required" to provide a letter. When asked for a Supervisors name and contact #, I'm informed by the supervisor that runs the entire clinic, "if you're going to file a complaint, we're not giving you anything because you're not even a patient here". A non-patient whom you openly accepted documents that "need" to go into another patients file regarding their exam. SMH "Tip of the iceberg" as they say. I'm sure most of those reading this get the point. BTW, still not finished with the Cert. and have to return for a 4th time. Simply unacceptable
This place is super unprofessional and the wait time is insane. I had an appointment at 11:30 and when I came they claimed that they don't have appointments there and that I would have to take the issue up with someone else rather than their office. Please avoid coming here!!!
Please avoid this place at all cost i got sent here for a drug test for pre- emplyment been sitting here for about 45 mins now. If you enjoy dealing with workers attitudes and long wait times and people treating you like you are in county jail this is the place for you.
Really bad service imean come on if you don't like your where you work why even bother to be here this is especially a medical place man never seen it so bad
This place has terrible service. People are talking instead of doing their job I spent close to four hours for drug testing and physical.
This place should be shut down waist of time when you come here the doctor is never there on time shut it down !
