I tried switching prescription over to this “pharmacy”  because I read the reviews. My experience was much different.  Instead of just telling me the truth about a back order of my prescription ceasar decided to get all my info and transfer prescription from my usual pharmacy then call me to tell me it’s not cost beneficial to the pharmacy because of the amount my insurance covers.    I really like how confidently he said that as if I have not done any research on my prescription.  He could have just said sorry it’s on back order don’t know when we can get it instead of talking about cost benefits to the pharmacy because of what insurance “covers .   Good job , if your pharmacy can’t keep up with its DIR rev ….  I would not recommend that place even to buy Aspirin.

As soon as I walk in the door, I feel so welcomed. I truly appreciate you all very much. My husband, my son, and I are forever very grateful to you all. The way you go above and beyond for all of your customers is comparable to none. We have been customers of yours for over  three generations, and it never seizes to amaze me how you have traditionally managed to follow in your ancestors' way of being fully and completely devoted to your customers.  The Campos- Valles, and Valtierra family thanks you,  Ms Laura, Caesar, Miguel and the rest of the Alameda Thrifty staff.

This is my go to place to get my dog’s CBD chews at best price and quality. Big pet stores charge double for the same size bag. Plus here everyone is nice to you and always willing to help you find what you need.

I dropped By the Alameda Thrifty Pharmacy today to buy some items for our Stroke and Brain Injury Support Group. Customer service from the entire staff was great, I even got a discount! Special thank you to Roberto and Cesar for their help.

Moving my prescriptions to Alameda Thrifty was the best thing I have ever done. The staff are absolutely the friendliest people I have ever met. I get the impression that they are happy in their jobs and happy to serve me. They have streamlined the process to be fast with quality. I don’t feel as if I am just another faceless patient but a valued member of their pharmacy family.

The staff at this pharmacy went above and beyond in helping us transfer prescriptions for our daughters when other pharmacies in town were out of stock—even when the other chain pharmacy kept hanging up on them in the process. Definitely earned our business moving forward. Thank you!

They are always so caring. My entire family has been loyal customers for yrs. Three generations to be exact. Love the variety and prices.
