Totally absurd cancellation policy. If you Pre-pay then you will be punished for paying early while cancellation with charge of $50. If you don't use pay now, you can get free cancellation. This is Totally absurd. Be careful before using this service.

Extremely unhelpful and unwilling to attempt assist when our family was faced with a cracked windshield in the middle of our road trip. Windshield was hit by a large rock and the crack kept extending across creating an unsafe situation. His suggestion... drive 2 hours to kalispell like that. Thankfully, I was able to get through to roadside assistance and received great help from enterprise.

The Missoula Airport team was awesome. Needed a replacement vehicle at a time when they had limited inventory after getting terrible service from their enterprise partner on Broadway across town. They upgraded ne and rushed a cleaning on the vehicle. They were amazing!

Nice SUV, ran well. One way fee was pricey at $500. Floor mats were dripping wet at pick up, we did not realize this until we discovered our maps and camera bag were wet. We will use Alamo Rent A Car again and will recommend Alamo to others.

The vehicle provided was not up to my expectations. It had more than 31k miles when I rented it. The windshiedl was dirty but perhaps from recent rains. The inside was clean and vacuumed. It was not generally up to the standards I expected from Alamo.

Alamo was excellent.I got the rental car that was stated in my rental agreement, a Toyota Rav4, instead of a similar vehicle.Also, I left something in the rental vehicle at the airport return and went through security. from the boarding area, I called Alamo, and was told the article I left would be sent to me by Fed EX to my home. True to their word, it arrived today. A big shout out to Haley and Gabi at the Alamo counter at the Missoula, MT airport and one other young man who helped me . They are exceptional representatives of Alamo. Thank you from an Alamo Insider.

Service personnel at Missoula was quite helpful after we got in almost 9 hours after our scheduled time. The original car we reserved was not available but he upgraded us to a larger SUV at no additional cost.

While I didn’t get the exact car I had wanted, Alamo provided a very similar one with the same capabilities. The agent I dealt with was friendly and helpful. I will see probably use Alamo again the next time I come to Missoula.
