Alamo Rent A Car

We rented 2 cars in July 2021 because they did not have a car large enough for the family. Upon arrival, we learned they had a large enough car, so we were eager to make the exchange. However, we were unaware that they would charge us $100.00 for the exchange, so we happily accepted it. When we returned home, we discovered the charge in our account. The car was so dirty that we had to use Clorox wipes to clean it in the parking lot. The steering wheel alone was so dirty; we used about 10 wipes, and it still was not clean. The car was full of hair, food, and empty soda and water bottles. It was clear that it had not been cleaned in a very long time. Awful.
