We were greeted by a friendly and professional young lady, Brittany Powell. She endured my husband's humor about the weather in Florida this time of year with a beautiful smile! Our wait time to pick up our car was minimal, and we appreciated her assistance. Returning the vehicle was expertly completed by Aaron Miller who was efficient, fast and professional. I had a wonderful experience recently when I rented a car from Alamo at the Punta Gorda, FL airport. I checked-in online, so when I got there to pick up the car it was a quick and easy process. I was given my choice of 5 different vehicles. I chose a Toyota Rav 4. It was perfect for my needs for the week. When returning the vehicle, Harold and Jim were super nice and made the return process seamless. I will definitely rent from Alamo again should the need arise!

Easy in and out. Sizable lobby helps for the rush times. We had a minor mechanical issue. Mgr Peter quickly resolved to our satisfaction! In fact all staff I encountered at this location were professional and efficient.

I've rented from Alamo in various locations quite a few times, my favorite experience would be the Punta Gorda airport though. It didn't feel rushed ever. From pickup, to dropoff, things just went smoothly. The staff were friendly, and helpful, and answered all of my questions. My car was a bit dirtier than I like them, but it was stains in the car that couldn't be wiped off. But the friendliness of the employees was awesome. I loved that at drop-off Corey was helpful and friendly. He didn't rush us to get our carseat and other things out of the car. We were able to pickup our vehicle quickly. It just went really smooth and I'd use them again!

My experience with Alamo at PGD was the ultimate! Aaron helped introduce me to the Audi Quattro I drove for the week, and was very welcoming and patient with my questions. When I returned the car, Aaron checked me in and again the service was exceptional. Matt made necessary adjustments to my bill quickly and was helpful too. I found them professional and the whole experience with Alamo streamlined and thoughtful. Thank you, guys!

I have never had a better experience renting a car. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name at the counter unfortunately because I would like to give him a shoutout. I was out the door and in my rental car in less than 10 minutes. I experienced no problems with the car. The return was just as easy as the check out.

Registered for a SUV that could hold 5 people and 2 large suitcases. The only thing available was a jeep compass that fit 4 people and 1 large bag. Smallest trunk area I've ever seen. Had to pile up suitcases to block rear window view. Prefer to never do again. Vehicle needed a oil change and shifted intermittently violent from gear 1 to 2. A little more drama than I planned for. Every one was otherwise very polite and professional.

Good rental company to work with, as we did a package and was able to save even more! Quality of car was good, time to pick-up and drop off was fairly easy - based on location and staffing available. Car was clean, pricing was transparent, and the costs were better than national average.

We rented a car and the second day we had it the tire sensor said it was low in left rear. We called Alamo and they immediately had us bring it back, and gave us an upgrade at no additional cost. No questions asked. They were so friendly and so helpful. That was such a difference from the last time we rented from Hertz and they were very rude. Just trying to get a car that was the only time I ever used Hertz would never use again. I’ve always used Alamo in the past and now I know why.
