Alamo Rent A Car

Jeff Vea is the WORST manager Ive ever talked to. DISRESPECTUF and with no interest on solving a problem. We rented a car and it has a engine problem. We called the roadside line and they send us here to exchange the car, a middle suv. Jeff Vea only offers us a pick up truck we have 2 kids and a lot of luggage so it donest works for us he said we go somewhere else to have the car we rented. Shame on him. We are driving with an engine light on to the airport to exchange the car. Worst service ever. They have plenty of suv here.

Had to pick up a car at car care on a Wednesday to drive to a wedding. Smooth and efficient shuttle pick up promptly from our hotel at 830 am. Dawn helped us at the Alamo car desk and made wonders work for us!! Originally picked a intermediate SUV since that’s what I am used to driving but they gave us a full size huge 6 sitter SUV. Dawn quickly found a solution and made a typically stressful exchange a very easy and stressful situation! First time renting with Alamo was amazing, would recommend and will look for Alamo next time I rent!! Thank you Dawn!

We were given a minivan with a bubbled tire, about to blow. We called for a replacement and were told to bring it in and they had one reserved. We showed up and they told us they had nothing for us, to make do with the unsafe vehicle we were given. We called again and we were told the same thing but that it was labeled as an emergency because the belt had snapped at this point. We went again to replace and they had the same story - nothing for you. Another gentleman in the lobby was having an issue and they actually towed his rental and are now telling him they have nothing for him either. They offer no help, no refund. You’re better off to go somewhere else. Our Disney World trip was ruined thanks to Alamo.

Loymar was great! She helped me check in and check out. Super quick and friendly. The car could have been cleaner on the outside but atleast inside it was good. This is my 3rd car rental with them and it always works out great!

I have always had a great experience with Alamo, they always have great rates and great customer service however this location did not live up to Alamo expectations. The check-in process was okay and the customer service was pretty standard but when it came to the actual rental vehicle that's what made me write this review. They gave me and my husband a dodge caravan that was absolutely filthy. They did not at all detail the car on the inside and that left us very disappointed. I took some pictures while I was trying to clean it up myself and to tell you the truth I was disgusted, how can they give vehicles out like this to customers. I basically had to detail the van myself because I would not let my children in this vehicle and in those conditions. There was hair everywhere, stains on the seats, dry food, etc. I will never rent from this location ever again, and you would think since it was in Disney that it would be decent but it's not the case.

Stayed at Disney hotel & courtesy mini van pick up to Magic Kingdom car care centre was efficient and fast.Loymar, the agent was fantastically helpful in helping me with selecting a premium SUV -Dodge -which was an absolute dream!!! I LOVED IT! All the cars in the lot looked new and quality. I needed to extend a couple of days and gave short notice. Not a problem! I wanted to return to MCO instead of the Magic Kingdom car car centre. Short email guaranteed response within an hr between 8-5 7 days a week Again, no problem.This can do attitude & easy way to communicate any issues is so appreciated. Well done and thanks again!

Reserved online. Easy pick up and drop off. Good customer service. Convenient location in Orlando away from airport at Car care Center. Will use again.

Fast service, clean and new car. The rest was grotty as you can read below. We booked a rental car through Check24 and TUI Cars, which was confirmed by Alamo. Unfortunately, they told us on the spot that we were not allowed to rent the car despite booking confirmation! because we were not old enough. For the same price which was quite high because we wanted to rent a sports car we were offered a much worse car. This we refused and asked what it would cost to book a new car on the spot. This would have cost over 100$ more than our previous car, which was pretty much the most expensive thing that could have been booked. Finally, we were completely without a rental car, although we had paid and had a booking confirmation. Apart from not getting a rental car, having to book a new one externally for another day and still waiting for the refund, there was unfortunately no public transportation to Disney Car Care either. Only a shuttle is offered, but you have to book in advance and especially know about it. At Alamo I have called over 5x at the Emergency Roadside Assistance, because our new rental car had a problem. Always hung up or no one answered after more than 20 minutes. What do I do when my rental car is totaled!!?

Friendly and helpful staff and easy to get your car and drop off. Only 3 stars as our car was not very clean inside and the tracking was out and pulling so much. Tried swapping but not easy when on holiday

The Chrysler Pacifica was a dream! So much so that my daughter and son-in-law are thinking of buying one for their next vehicle. And the customer service at the Alamo counter was outstanding. The whole experience was great!
