Awesome storage facility. Highly recommend. Had 2 units that held our belongings for several months during a cross-state move. No issues at all. Clean units. Secure facility. Enough room to get our 26ft U-Haul through. Never felt worried about the security of our units.
Nice friendly staff. Good facility. When my credit card number changed and the bill didn’t get automatically paid one month, they understood and waived the late fee. Little things like that make it a 5-star storage facility. Not a “Premier” storage location with high-tech locks, finished, painted walls, multiple camera feeds on their website, covered walks. But I’m not comparing it to those places because their cost places them more in the range of a motel than a storage facility. It is a great value for the price.
I've had my stuff here for about a year and have never had any issues. They even contacted me when I put my lock on the wrong loop while in a hurry. I'm happy they pay such close attention to the little details.
The price is good, and it provides easy access from Harrison Blvd. Those are the biggest selling points to me. Sometimes there's a lot of cars parked right along a tight turn. Probably the thing I like the least is there is dirt inside my unit I can't sweep up hard to get to, in the corners. The street is dirty and it gets inside my unit. It's black and sticks to stuff. In the winter ice on the roof melts and drips and spatters into my unit so next time I'd get a south facing unit. Also I wish the walls were painted or looked better since I need to take photos of items in store so I can list them for sale and it doesn't look very good. I asked if I could paint them and got a no. My first storage unit was further away and worse but a lot cheaper. This is a happy medium.
Fairly priced, very well up kept, and good service. Im just a little annoyed at the response to my first rating of the facility. Instead of learning from what i said excuses were made. Still think it's a good place and if you need storage this would be a good place to use. But make sure you're out before 9pm so managers can get their rest and not have to wake up to let you out.
Go next door to Wildcat! The owner here is a greedy whoremonger. I just moved out after almost 10 years, saw a lot of new "rules" implemented which add penalties or cost, including regular rate hikes. And the managers didn't care about how long I was there, didn't know me. I lost my family when a local judge let my wife move out of state, and was always late, but didn't mind paying the $10 late fee. I even gave away my children's stuff to be nice, but never given consideration bc the Owner wants every extra penny. Which is why he hires little brains... I just moved out and dropped to the smallest unit next door. Go to Peter. He is awesome, and cares about people... They don't hike up the cost of you've been there... To owner-who's a woman, You? Had no idea...thought you were a man; act like one. Don't try to act saint-like, bc you're also not fooling anyone. People want the truth, and that's what I have stated. In customer service, it's about me. Now, after all this time, you can't even pretend to care. Another truth. That's not disrespectful, it a fact... This was a response to your email asking about how I felt after moving out. Now I tell you, and it wasn't to your liking? P.S. I don't know your name, gender, etc. But you play the gender card expertly. I just tapped on Joe Rasmussen's name below my review and looked at his reviews, almost all 5 stars. You can see mine too. I'm very kind to kind people... If you are Isabelle sp?, Caleb was so rude to me a month ago. I couldn't believe it! Hypocrites!!! At $80/month =$960/year At $105/month =$1260/year You do the math after 9.5 years. How much respect did you give me? ZERO!
Great location and facility seems secure! We had our stuff in storage for 6 months. No problems.
Someone broke into my storage unit and stole some stuff when I ask them they say they’re not responsible for it that’s my experience they remember me they have my name so this is an honest review for me. I have thought about it and no one reimburse me for it
Competitive pricing, genuinely friendly staff, and excellent location. Absolutely no problem referring this place to anyone needing value priced storage in South Ogden.
