Dr. Shawn and his team are great! Just switched to this practice. My previous dentist who sold their practice had recommended that I get my fillings replaced, but I rejected their recommendations due to their hygienist telling me I didn’t actually need to get them replaced. Dr. Shawn confirmed I didn’t need the additional work and just set me up for a cleaning. My wife and I will be patients here. Their staff also went over their preventative treatment plan which we will be enrolling in as we will be fully self employed soon and without corporate dental insurance. The rates are very fair. I’m thrilled to have affordable dental coverage and care here. Professional and friendly, five stars.
Shawn dentistry office has given me exceptional care. From the first day I came in, in agonizing pain, the receptionist kept the office open later for me to be seen for a root canal and are in the process of fixing a previous dentist mistake. It went from a horrible tooth infection and not being able to eat properly in 2 weeks. I could not be more thankful for such a considerate efficient staff. It saved a long ed visit. Thank you guys so much !
I know I am a picky person when searching for a dentist. I was looking for a dentist who can speak Korean as I lack medical terminology in English. At the same time, I was looking for a dentist who is honest, straight forward and simply good. I had a crown fall off which I had done at some other dental clinic a couple years ago. I had this happen before and this was the 2nd time this happened. When this happened for the 1st time, the dentist at another clinic told me that I had to get another crown, instead of re-cementing the fall off crown. But here, Dr. Ju took a look with x-ray and said that I can reuse the crown and he re-cemented, which saved me some $ and time. I know redoing the crown would be more beneficial for the clinic in terms of business, but I truly appreciate for not pushing me to do so. Will definitely be back soon!
Dr Shawn is very good looking. He is polite and explains things very well. Highly skilled and I have always had good experiences with him. 5 stars
Dr. Ju legitimately was the answer to my prayers. Thursday morning, I had a severe tooth ache and went to the nearest dentist to get checked they couldn’t figure out where the root of my problem was, so they recommended me to another specialist. Friday when I went to the other specialist , we did resolve one root canal but a few hours later my bottom jaw was aching and my previous crown was very sensitive. As the day went by my bottom left jaw would swell up. I called to get back in but they couldn’t see me till Monday. When Monday came they couldn’t figure out where the problem was coming from. So they recommended me to an oral surgeon. The soonest they could see me was Thursday the the 18th. My face was getting crazy, it looked as if I had a severe reaction as I couldn’t move my left side of my face. Dr Ju throughly went and tested every tooth and found the root of the problem. He even drew out and explained what I was supposed to look for in the X-rays. And I’m 10000000x happier and swelling is down 1millon%. Will recommend everyone I know to come here. I’m planning to do my implants here too. I will forever be a loyal customer!
I love the staff here they are so amazing and friendly. Dr. Ju is very patient and goes out of his way to make sure you're comfortable and is very willing to work with you and your comfort level and work out the best possible solution for your treatment. They always explain what's going on with your teeth and let you decide ultimately what direction you want to take towards a healthy mouth. I recommend this dentist office to anyone and everyone. I've been to a few different dentist and Dr Ju's have hands down been the best experience I've had so I'll be coming here for life.
My lingual bar recently broke over the weekend and Dr. Ju graciously got me in first thing in the morning on a Monday. He did a wonderful job repairing it for me and was very professional. I felt really welcomed by him and his wonderful staff. The waiting room was bright and homely.
I've been a patient here since Dr. Ju took over the practice, and I've had nothing but positive experiences. Recently I had a dental emergency during a time when the office was closed. If you've also experienced a dental emergency then you likely know the panicked, worrisome feeling that comes over you. Let's just say that Dr. Ju went above and beyond to resolve my situation quickly so that I could go about my daily life again worry free. Dr Ju is honestly the best! I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the entire staff. Everyone here is very friendly and professional. The whole atmosphere at this dental office is calm, clean and comfortable. You can tell they take the extra effort in this. I will HIGHLY recommend everyone this dental office!
