Everyone was very kind. Got lots of information. We learned and enjoyed our trip. Absolutely beautiful place. Art was very helpful. Thanks for making the experience better.
Step inside for some A/C. The people are very kind and helpful. And this visitors center has a great view of the area and lake. We got our passports stamped and did a little shopping.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entry$6–10
Nice visitor center with wildlife and geographic exhibits. Great 20’ minute movie on the RA that you shouldn’t miss. Don’t forget the views out the back either.
Good visitor center to stop at when entering the park. Clean modern restrooms.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitPrice for adult entryFree
Beautiful mountainous views and refreshing lake water on a hot day.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitPrice for adult entryFree
Fantastic center to learn about the lake and surrounding areas. The employees are so helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely worth it to stop by and see the beautiful views. They have a small theater with a very informative movie that plays every half hour. Maps and information for the many hiking trails in the area.
Very nice gift shop, with polite and VERY knowledgeable staff. Was sad to learn from them I couldn’t fly my micro-drone at Lake Mead but they explained why and I understood; no problem there. Only thing that made me uncomfortable was an older female staffer who joked about shooting down a drone if she ever saw one over the lake. That wasn’t funny.
I like stopping here for the views. You can get some great pictures and enjoy some quiet time. There are bathrooms here that are open to the public. They were clean and taken care of when I went to use them. I would definitely stop by the visitors center again.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entryFree
Educational, informative staff. Cool displays. Clean restrooms: definitely heed their advice about taking water, sun protection, etc for the walks you take which are on level dirt and gravel paths, but very hot on the day we were there 90+°. No shade except in the tunnels about a half mile in, there are benches periodically to sit and view the lake.
The volunteers and ranger were wonderful to talk to. Very informativeVisited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entry$21–30
