Mitch rewired our water heater after we had it moved. He was on time for both the consult and the work. He explained clearly what needed to be done before he could begin, secured the electrical permit for us, explained how he would do the wiring and when he'd finished he explained his work. He is an efficient worker with a good work ethic. We would hire him again in a heartbeat.

I had an issue with an overhead kitchen dome light flashing on and off. I had an electrician put a new light up saying it was the lite. After a couple weeks the new light started doing the same thing as the other lite. I called Mitch, and when I explained the issue over the phone he knew exactly what the problem was, a loose wire. The problem was fixed in 10 minutes. The price was reasonable. Thanks Mitch, I will call you for all my electrical needs.

Mitch Alaskan Electrical Services is everything you hope you are going to get when you hire a contractor.  He’s polite and personable.  He’s responsive to calls.  He respects your home and he does great work.  We found his prices competitive as well. It was an all around great experience.  We highly recommend Alaskan Electrical Services for all your electrical needs.

We made arrangements to have him come by to look at a job. Never showed up to bid or return a call. When I finally did talk with him he said "I'm too busy." Would have been nice to know that before wasting 3 weeks.

Mitch wired new lighting in a new addition to the outside of our house and motion lighting. All finished as we desired and in good time.

I asked for a bid for exterior lighting for my home, and he agreed to do that; but I never heard from him again.
