We have used Randall on a few occasions over the course of 5 years for speeding tickets for teenage drivers. Randall allows us to handle over the phone or via email, allowing us to have a "paper trail" of all of our conversations. Randall has handled multiple incidents and we've also referred him to others that have used him as well. His handling fee is due up front and is very reasonable. He sends us copies of all communications he sends out, and then gets back to us with the plea deals and handles them in court without us ever having to even step foot in a court room. Randall is a name we remember by heart when referring him and while we hope to never need him again, should we need a traffic lawyer, Randall is our guy!
Quite rude. I called to inquire about a notary, having gotten a referral from a different office, and was told "the girl isn't here, can't do it today". Before I could ask when a good time would be, I was hung up on.
I found this attorney to be horrible and a straight up liar. Hey Randall my case was dismissed, and you were of no help because your a useless drunk. Get out of the profession, a paralegal could do your job easily.
Recently I received a speeding ticket upstate New York. I honestly felt that I should not have received the ticket, due to circumstances, but that's not so important. I contacted Randall through an ad and he responded the next day as promised. Randall can be a little abrasive in the way he talks, but he is definitely on your side. Thats the way I felt. He delivered the promised no points and a fine actually not promised, but suggested that outcome. When I offered to pay any additional charges because of his good work, he declined the additional money and simply asked for an honest recommendation. If I ever get another ticket in his area, I will absolutely call him. I will also recommend to friends and associates. In closing - got a ticket? Call Randall Kehoe's office. They will help.
Randall has done an outstanding job with my ticket and got it resolved as promised. All I did it is I spoke to him a couple of times over the phone and share him with the required documents. He took care of everything and got the result with in 3 weeks. Also I can say that he is the best and reasonable with his fees in capital region. Wonderful service and I truly recommend him to my friends.
Randy helped me with a traffic ticket I had in Albany and an issue I had with a landlord. He is a no-nonsense attorney for "the regular guy". His fees are very reasonable and you can walk right into his office and talk to him without an appointment. Also his paralegal Toddy is fantastic, one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. If you're looking for a fancy law firm full of people that think they're better than you, you should probably hire someone else.
Randall did not seem to want to do the work to represent my nephew in a professional manner. After the sentencing he walked out without acknowledging us and would not turn his head to look at us as he drove away. He is not well liked in the Colonie court and if you are appearing there I would recommend you find someone other than Randall
DO NOT USE RANDALL KEHOE From the very first time I spoke with Randall he was very quick to rush the process along. Made it seem as though my case was going to be quick and easy as he said hes been doing this for 20+ years. He didn't accomplish what we had spoke about which was to plea down to have no points. I ended up paying him $225 for basically nothing. He got my ticket reduced from 4 pts to 2 pts and I still have a $300 fine. I would've been better off pleading guilty and taking all the points and fine that would still be less than I had to pay Randall and the courts. When I spoke to Randall he was extremely rude and defensive. His secretary was equally rude and frankly was absolutely clueless every time I called. In my opinion Randall handled my case about as poorly as was even possible, Nothing less than a full refund would even come close to making up for Randall's handling of my case
My ticket was for speeding: 75 in 55 zone. Contacted Randall's office, everything was resolved with a couple of emails, I did not go anywhere, I did not break a sweat. Final ticket is a parking violation for 100$ and no points on my driving record, which remains nice and clean. I will definitely watch my speed from now on, but these guys are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! THANK YOU!
Hardcore Law. Randall Kehoe was my attorney from 1995 to 2008. About myself, in 2016 I was the Democratic Congressional Candidate in Knoxville TN, my attorney here is a former US Senate Candidate, my former business partner is an attorney and I have two nephews in NYC that are lawyers, one is a judge. Having said that Randy Kehoe is the best attorney I know. However he is not for everyone. If you are going to an attorney to vent your issues and want to be cuddled in a luxurious office and served Earl Grey tea while you seek vindication by telling your long rambling story, Randy is not for you. Randy keeps his storefront office in the REAL neighborhoods of Albany and practices law for the people. His fees are incredibly reasonable. When you walk into his office you will probably be speaking to Randy directly. He is an incredible source of information. I have seen Randy in many cases have someone walk in, they state the legal problem, and he tells them exactly what to do. If he files no papers his consult is free and he has given you the same information you would have received with a 1500 dollar consult at another law office. I have to tell this story. Randy was handling my divorce and my wife spent tens of thousands of dollars for what she was told was the best lawyer in Schenectady. On the trial date Randy arrived at the court house early and a large group of young attorneys formed around him. They were all consulting him on appeals cases they were involved with; Randy helped each and every one of them. When my wife’s attorney showed up late, it was clear to all who had the best attorney See Randy can argue cases before the highest state courts. He is certified for Capital cases and his family is steeped in the long tradition of the law in Albany. If you don’t get what Randy is doing that’s your loss. What he is doing is providing excellent legal services to an under served population. If you want to talk, maybe you want to go someplace else. If you want to listen and learn about the law go see Randy.
