The employees are friendly, helpful and so kind with many of our trips to the library. Dustin, Ms Kelly and their staff are an excellent addition to our learning journey!
They're so uptight they won't even give you two pieces of paper or even sell you two pieces of paper for a dollar so you can go home and print something. All the dollar stores were out of paper and I am going to drive to Hammond so I go ask these people if I could buy two pieces of paper for a dollar and it wouldn't do it

The Lopez crew loves Albany Springfield Library. It is so inviting. It's clean and very neat. The staff are professional, friendly, kind and helpful. The events are always well planned and fun. This place is awesome and the staff are amazing.
I love the Albany-Springfield branch. I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff. They are always so helpful and friendly. I just love their professionalism. Mrs. Kelly is always so sweet. I don't feel that 5 stars are enough.
Spacious with up to date computers for public use. Wi-Fi to update apps. And they have books.
