These guys are the best! I was set to renew my policies and they found a way to increase my coverage and reduce my premium. Super impressed with their customer service. They made multiple trips to the RMV on my behalf which save me a ton of time and aggravation. Helpful and friendly, couldn't recommend enough.

As a senior property manager for a property management firm in Boston, it is great working with Marchionne Insurance. Working directly with AJ and Jennifer has been beneficial to both our company and our clients. Even when AJ or Jennifer are not available there is always a personal touch from their staff when we call their office. They have been very helpful with shopping carriers, claims as well as explaining to our clients why they should or should not have a particular coverage. AJ and his team go above and beyond to meet with our clients directly in complex situations to avoid the middleman to be sure that they are receiving the correct information.
We’ve been working with Marchionne Insurance for years and have been very happy. After recently purchasing a condo and being uncomfortable with the condo association insurance coverage to the point of slightly freaking out first time home buyer!, AJ spoke with me directly, comparing the condo documentation with our personal coverage and talking me off the ledge. Not only did he walk me through the different types of coverage and ease my concerns that we were leaving ourselves exposed financially, he also did not attempt to sell me additional insurance I didn’t need! They’re wonderful to work with and trustworthy. Highly recommended!
I cannot say enough about the personal attention I receive from Jillian and Brigid. Even with a short turn around time they respond efficiently and quickly with a comprehensive response. Marchionne Insurance has awesome staff!
