My experience in Albert’s today was remarkable! The ladies who assisted me were very professional and patient with my needs. I left very satisfied with my Pandora purchases and my watch now fits perfectly! I appreciate great customer service because it’s surely hard to find these days.

Connor made the experience very comfortable and easy. I was shopping for engagement rings at Southlake Mall and was having a pretty tough time until I ran into Connor at Albert’s. He was really laid back and knowledgeable and just made the process overall an easy experience. I highly recommend.

I had the absolute best service ever from Conner at Albert's on Saturday September 17th !! He smiled and greeted me as soon as I walked into the store !! Even though he was busy sizing a watch he took the time to ask if I needed help with anything and also offered me a bottle of water. Conner was very friendly and gave awesome customer service he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and taken care of !! Kudos to Conner he is a diamond that shine so bright

Today was my anniversary and I was in search of a wedding set to replace what I lost years ago. The saleswoman was very professional and courteous. Her knowledge of the products coupled with her understanding of what I wanted resulted in me leaving a very satisfied customer. I greatly appreciate the patience and effort that the sales ladies exerted in ensuring that I got what I wanted, making my day even more special!

I came in this morning with my cousin to look for a couple of gifts at the Southlake mall location. We were both greeted with a warm smile from Kayla and then Sarah. Sarah helped us both find our gifts. As we were finishing up Peggy came and struck up a nice conversation and offered us a bottle of water for the road. Everytime I come to the Southlake mall location I get greeted with kindness and with the sales associates wanting to help me. I will always recommend anyone come to Albert's.

I was helped sales associate Juan Alvarado. He was very helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. He knew exactly what I needed and he offered gift wrapping which I took also offered protection plan which I took. I will personally ask for Juan on my next visit to Albert's. Thanks for your service.

As a customer, I don't think I could have possibly had a better experience than shopping at Alberts. Both stores were extremely nice with an amazing selection of engagement Rings and wedding bands. The jewelry itself is amazing, but the employees are the reason I will continue to come back. We were treated with such respect and patience throughout our entire experience. I want to give a special thanks to Donna and Peggy. The two of you made us feel so welcomed and loved, to the extent that I was excited to come into the store every visit. I was upgrading a diamond ring and I had the pleasure of working with Erika W. She listened to what I wanted and what I didn’t and gave me many options in my budget. She was knowledgeable, professional, and very patient. I chose a beautiful ring and will return to Albert’s for future purchases.
