Never come here you will have to wait a lot of time my appointment was at 4:30 and its 5:26and i still haven’t went in the front desk is rude costumer service is also bad.
Dr. Nadin Alo, I found the Receptionist unprofessional, unhelpful, uncaring and actually felt uneasy when being dealt with by her. I also found it embarrassing when she spoke in such an abrupt way to the Patients , and I trust that you will speak to her about polite customer service. If she continues to have this attitude, I will move all accounts me first family and friends to another clinic . Customers are not an annoyance; we are the ones who pay her salary.
Doctor Nadine Alo in particular has given me the worst experience. Yelling at me and my wife and sharing results in front of other patients. Prescribed the wrong medication on multiple occasions and I ended up having to go to the hospital many times to figure out what was actually going on with my health. Needs to be audited or reported for terrible health practice.
This place is very unorganize place, no appointments..schedule is off.. they expect a lot of walk in patients however people who are registered as family doctor have to wait forever...
New management/ownership complete disgrace. My doctor barely knew English! I pay 10.00 parking fee now! Visited 29/01/18

LAZY receptionist and looooong waiting hours. T z depressing. No wonder they dun pick their phone.
