My mother ordered me some flowers via online and they were delivered to my office yesterday Thursday afternoon. I received a stunning arrangement that smelled amazing. However when I arrived at work this morning Friday the smaller roses has ALL wilted. I was disappointed and mentioned it to my mother who I was on the phone with at the time. Considering how much she paid for these, she wanted me to call Albrights to have them correct the issue. I assumed my first mistake that they would either replace the wilted flowers or bring my a new arrangement of the same or better value. They took the old arrangement and replaced it with one that appeared to be much cheaper. Instead of these small rose like flowers there were carnations. Instead of the full greenery there was this grass like stuff. Needless to say I was VERY disappointed. I wished I had never complained about the wilted flowers. I wanted my old arrangement back. I updated my mother on the issue and she called attempting to find a resolution. She got a bunch of excuses. I decided at this point is there a way for me to simply return the flowers and get her money back. I was told that because it was an online order they cannot issue a refund. Not only that but the reason my arrangement wasn't the same was because they don't have a picture or anything to work with. They simply get a certain type of flower. I received a lecture and I was also told that I SHOULD have called a florist if I wanted a certain type of arrangement. I certainly will next time I place an order but it will not be from Albrights. I would have given one star but the first arrangement was stunning. The first image is the original arrangement the day it was delivered. The second was taken at 8:30 the next morning. The third photo was the replacement. The fourth and fifth photo show broken pieces of the replacement arrangement.

So I ordered from 1800 flowers..Fields of Europe- Winter BlissXL as seen below. I am always skeptical when it's local delivery because it usually looks way different then online but I was amazingly surprised when I got the flowers today and they are beautiful! Looks just like online, so happy with these flowers and they smell wonderful! Look forward to further orders from this florist!

My husband got me a bouquet of flowers for our 23 year anniversary. They gave the flower delivery guy the wrong address so he had to call me so it ended up not being a surprise. Then I receive my arrangement on Feb 16th which was on a Thursday and by Saturday the were all wilted. I was so disappointed. We were able to pull the lilies out with some greenery to make a smaller bouquet.

I ordered an Easel/Standing spray called the Exquisite Tribute and it was beautiful. I shopped around town and this place seems to have better prices. Overall very satisfied with the purchase and quality of the flowers.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered flowers for my parents 55 wedding anniversary. The flowers were supposed to be delivered on Friday, May 27th. I received notification that they were delivered and I called my parents to see if they received them. They had not. Nothing was delivered. So I reached out to the merchant and they were investigating. Come Saturday, the flowers were delivered; however the balloon I order was not. I requested a refund for the balloon which was granted. When you order flowers for any event, special or just because you expect them to be delivered and in a timely manner and with everything you paid for included. I definitely will never order from Albright’s again.

My husband ordered me flowers to be delivered at work for our anniversary, it was supposed to be a surprise... However, while at lunch I got a phone call from the delivery man saying he had my flowers. Since it I was unaware that I was receiving flowers, I said to him, "oh I'm assuming this was supposed to be a surprise?" and he replied "you'll be alright, just act surprised when you see them.". When I got back to work I called to see where the flowers were, as they were not there, and to tell them that maybe they should call the person who ordered the flowers instead of the intended recipient so they wouldn't ruin someone's surprise. The manager had ZERO customer service skills, could not care less and not so much as an apology was uttered. I still do not have my flowers by the way... when someone spends close to $100 for flowers to be delivered for a special occasion, one would expect a little more care than that.

Husband ordered me a bouquet of flowers with roses and a few other things the flowers barely lasted 2 days before immediately wilting and couldn’t enjoy them . He was also disappointed that the picture showed a more full bouquet with more roses and other flowers . What was ordered vs what was received.

I live out of state. My mother lives in Georgia. I wanted to send flowers for mother's day. Mother's day was on a Sunday. Albrights took my order and delivered on mother's day for me. My mom sent picture of the flowers. They were absolutely beautiful. Albrights did such an amazing job in helping me. I will definitely be using there services in the future.

I paid for flowers and delivery in the amount of $85.00 last Tuesday to be delivered on Valentine's Day, a whole week ahead. The delivery wasn't until late in the evening, and half of the flowers were dead at that. Do not waste your money!

Great customer service. Even with a last minute purchase they had exactly what I was looking for. Prices was just right and the flowers were incredible.
