Amanda was absolutely amazing! this was my first facial in 5 years and my second facial ever, so it was basically a new experience again for me. She was so sweet and walked me through everything to expect right up front. She then made sure i was comfortable on the bed and then asked me about my skin and my routine. One of the things I loved in particular was that she quietly mentioned what she was about to do before she did it and then was quiet the rest of the time so I could relax! A few of the other specialists were a bit more chatty. I then asked her questions at the end about what she recommends for my routine moving forward and she gave me some samples to try. overall a super awesome experience, and I will definitely be back to see Amanda again! All of the staff was super friendly, the space was nice and clean and relaxing! they were also super punctual, which i appreciate. I also think it's great that they offer samples of the products instead of forcing you to buy an expensive product without trying it first. I will definitely be back!Service: Dermaplaning
5 stars for Emma - she is wonderful and so welcoming and kind. Thank you so much, Emma. 1 star for the front desk, surprisingly enough, the Manager women with gray hair and finger tattoos. From start to finish, the manager at the highlands location was just a bit cold. She overcharged me for a service my partner already paid for and then tried to overcharge her as well, was rude to me upon check-in and check-out, was rude to my partner who went in to correct the double-charge / poor customer service. When I went to ask my friends if they had encountered this front-desk manager, or if this was a one-off bad day vibes, they all responded negatively about her as well, and have pulled back on their Botox treatments. Just be nicer to people when they walk in for a service to make them feel good about themselves, please...
Norma made me feel so comfortable getting my first lash tint & lift and brow tint. She walked me through each thing she was doing and the whole experience was so relaxing. I absolutely love the results and can’t wait to go back to try other services!
First time getting injections Botox lip flip. Kathleen was great, very nice, informative and quick. The whole place is super cute and they give you tea while you wait. Very happy with my results
Kylie is the absolute best. Seriously. I started seeing her in 2021, and my skin has never been better. Kylie is responsive to my needs and is great at recommending treatments and at-home products to help me accomplish my skin goals. I feel like I finally have an established routine thanks to her guidance. I recently started getting diamond glow facials and I HIGHLY recommend. I’m thrilled Alchemy has added this to the list of offerings. I also appreciate Alchemy for its pricing. Listen, skincare treatments aren’t cheap. It’s always going to be a luxury. But I find that Alchemy has accessible options that do not sacrifice quality of service or products used.Services: Chemical peels
Evangalina is the best there is. I've been seeing her monthly for the past 2 years and I always look forward to my appointment. She is incredibly sweet and easy to talk to it's like hanging out with a friend and she is great at what she does. She's attentive in asking about my skin and choosing different products accordingly, and the appointment is always so relaxing and soothing. I am moving out of state next month and am honestly sad I won't get to see her for my facials anymore! Seriously, book Evangalina - you'll be so glad you did!
I've been getting facials and skin treatments from Kylie P at Alchemy for multiple years now. Kylie is always super knowledgeable about products and treatments that will work with my skin, and she's fun to talk to! She is also super upfront about price of products to take home or products to add onto a service. Additionally, I appreciate that she is always recommending new products to add to my skincare line at home by sending me home with samples!Services: HydraFacial
This studio is amazing! My mom and I came here for facials and both had amazing experiences. This was my first proper facial and I’m now hooked! Baylee was amazing! My skin looks and feels better than it ever has. I’m definitely coming back here and recommending it to my friends.
New to the area and decided to get a last minute facial with Kylie! My experience was great overall with amazing recommendations. Kylie was quick to make me feel welcomed and was there to address all of my skincare needs. She’s extremely educational with what products I need to be adding to my routine to combat the dry Colorado air. I would recommend Alchemy and Kylie to anyone. Definitely will book again!
