Dr. Peter Aldana is very thorough on his services. I am very happy to have him as my neurologist. The wait is short. He had demonstrated his knowledge on the treatment I needed. Very professional in his approach. Edith Barrameda Kassim

THE WORST DOCTOR I'VE EVER BEEN TO. He never explained the series of tests he was going to run. Seems he runs a lot of tests to get more money. If you need to run an EMG then why run a test before it doing the same thing???? To get more money. Wait forever for your appt. Dr. cancelled last week cause he was "sick". One week later I go in for my appointment and it is over a 2 hour wait. Had another appt so I couldn't wait. NOW I have to wait a month. All because he was "sick". Office also said they did not get my test results. The diagnostic center showed me proof that it was sent to him several hours before I asked. Worst office personnel ever!!!!! That just makes it that much worse. I would not waste my money. New insurance next year thank GOD
My 83 year old mother had a appoinrment that was previously scheduled by the office on 7/10/20. Upon arrival at 1 pm, we were told that they did not have the machine arrive from Okeechobee. Mind you, they could have called earlier that morning to let us know, so that i did not have to take off work. The staff showed very little compassion, for this mistake. And here it is, 7/15/2020 and no one has called to reschedule or followup.
This place sucks. The staff leaves early ALL the time. They will call you and tell you they rescheduled your appointment, regardless of your work schedule, and um, no. I can reschedule my own appts. Nobody ever answers the phone. Finally, be aware if you make an appointment, you'll wait at least an hour before being seen by doctor who does nothing but stare at a computer, making notes. NEVER again will I have anything to do with this doctor.
Dr. Aldana is the best Doctor I have ever come across. I was recently in lawnwood for 10 days were he ended up being my neurologist. No one could figure out what was going on with me. I had a team of doctors trying but it was him who took the time, took the lead and figured it all out. He would come in every day and explain to me what was happening and answer all my questions. He is so caring and kind!!! You never felt rushed in his presence. He truly is amazing and I'm so thankful for him. He is still helping me through. I refer him to everyone I know! ! Such a good man!
Only saw Dr. Aldana once, but was very happy with him. Pleasant, listens, tries to work with patient to evaluate properly and allows patient to make own decision without pressure to take meds or go through with tests that may be discomforting. No problems with staff or getting an appointment either.
Seen Dr. Aldana three times. Authorized a lot of unnecessary testes like sleep studies which is a waste of time. The wait time for an appointment is horrible everybody has an 3 o'clock appointment and I always wait two hours before getting seen and it's an rush when he reviews your files. An appointment is not an appointment "two and a half hours wait time in lobby"
Paid a deductible and now they are claiming I didn’t and they mailed me a bill. Called to get a letter for my service dog and told her I had paid that bill as I never leave a balance. Operator asked me if I had my receipt from two years ago. Seriously?
Michelle in office is very nasty! Told me she didn’t care that my sister had a stroke,unfortunately she’s in the wrong profession if she has no compassion for ill patients!
