My husband and I moved from Alderbrook almost 12 years ago, I can't believe its been that long ago! We just outgrew our home there. It was a great place to raise my oldest son, very safe and neighbor's watched out for each other, the management made sure to keep the rif-raf at bay and we really appreciated thatsounds like they are still at it, reading some if the reviews. I often think of the good memories of living there and I am sure it is still a great place to live! I moved there because while it us an RV/Mobile home park, it was clean and didn't have the stereotypical "trailer park" feel, at least in the area where we were.
This was my first time with my motor home and Linda was so helpful and kind. All the folks I met there were polite and friendly. Linda , Rita, Dave , thank you for your experience and help. Close to Fred Meyers, Walmart , Home Depot, but still absolutely quiet and clean. Laundry room, showers full hookups, I will definitely be back!
This place was clean people picked up after them selves and there dogs and it was quite that was the best part and it also had an awesome laundry room with a sink it was a very pleasant place to be.
So friendly people an great people that manage park are very helpful to me an my family . Feel like one of the family around here in admisfear of park. My space is great great an birds an sl quite u could hear a mouse if there was any. Big change from where we were in Lakewood,wa. Town Center area was like interstate 5 all the time.
It is impossible to give a bad review when you have exemplary Manager of the estate and his very lovely, warm and generous wife--Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Humphries for making Alderbrook a real home for us. Not only are you wonderful people, the entire estate is absolutely GORGEOUS!!! Those very few people who did give bad reviews appear to have severe personal issues of their own that has nothing to do with your management. It's sad that that type of person would stoop so low without being honest about their own personal issues before they open their mouths and spew forth vomit. I am a very uppity uptight person on the most part and I have found the both of you to be OUTSTANDING!!! Once again, THANK YOU!!! PS: Not to mention TERRIFIC STAFF, always thank you to MIKE who is a wealth of knowlege and very helpful. Also thanks to RITA who does the housekeeping THANK YOU ONE AND ALL!
Very attractive and quaint mobile home park. Nice neighbors.
Me and my girlfriend saw a posting for a place for sale they're in the park we answered the posting we're invited out to look at it we enjoyed it very much we ended up buying the place and we enjoy the management and the grounds that we're going to be living on it's nice to know that the management is doing all I can to keep the people that don't need to be in there out and to make it a safe place for the people that do live there much appreciated
Been there checked it out,problem is you couldn't handle at all an actual write up so that's why I left a star rating instead.
Just drove through. Very well maintained. A lovely and quiet community.
So I was walking in the park to see a friend and got stopped got stopped by the manager and interrogated about why I was there and where I was going and if I live there and if I didn't live there that I needed to leave that was the second time the first time I pulled them in my car and got stopped twice by two different people claiming that they were the manager and that I was not what I need in there while I was out there this is the most unwelcome place that I've ever been in my life just to go try to see a friend they need to really work on their customer skills and their visitor appreciation
