Aldercrest Health and Rehabilitation

I went to see and visit a friend of mine who just spent almost 2 months in intensive care in a local hospital. My friend let me know when he was brought there and gave me the nameand address. When I arrived I was treated very good and nice. I was impressed from the start and it got better his room was very comfortable and clean the entire place was very clean and did not worry me about leaving for home. . Will h

Checked in as a Visitor to see a friend. Automated check-in was easy to use. Great system. Front desk attendant was very friendly, helpful and considerate. Guided me to friend's room since I had never been there before. Great experience!

Aldercrest has refined entry procedures which lended to a good visit to my brother in the clean and cheerful dining area. Our mother, 94, was with me on this visit, and she was very comfortable. ZoeV

One star is too good for this place. No one ever answered the phone or called us back when my MIL was there and she was ignored as a patient. I wish we had done more research on our options for a facility. Please take your loved one elsewhere.

Distress for whom it may concern I am being generous with 0 star, friend of my is here and is NOT getting good care. I wouldn't even classify as a rehab facility, the rehab is almost nonexistent. They advertise gourmet food? I get better at the foodbank or even in jail! Tiny rooms and cram 2 people in, no rails on beds, very disheartening and sad to see people try to get better in this kind of environment! not food and, 2 weeks my friend she doesn't take a shower . very poor food for humans . very very cold every where . no call response around 3 hours lite . No fascial thereby at all . very poor care . stooling her cloth . she so sad and not filling good at all we need to compline them to health department soon

November 2020 This facility is the absolutely worst place that I have ever had the misfortune to be placed. People have to beg for a shower. And even though we are told it is per cdc guidelines although we can not find anything pertaining to it. Half the staff are not English speaking so you are becoming very frustrated and not very secure in having faith in their ability to do there job.There have been numerous med errors and a great deal of understaffing such as 1 nurse and 1 aide on day shift. Also that same ratio at night. The place smells they are constantly losing residents belongings . As soon as covid is over the state needs to do a long overdue investigation sooner if I can get them here

Clean and updated facility. Very nice staff. My friend is very well cared for. Thank you!

Research and find another place. Don't walk, RUN. They don't call you back. When you do get a call it can be days for something important, you get the wrong info. They do not consistently feed those who need assistance. Very few showers. Lax in quarantine. That's just the tip of the iceberg.

This facility was a very good place all the people that worked here cared for their paitents, the rehab team was great... I would recommend this facility. Sara you are so sweet and we will sure miss you. My mom had a long road with her illness but I know she was happy in your facility. Thank you all for all you did The Licano family
