I don’t know why all the negative reviews. I arrived at 9pm for 11 pm appointment. Checked in with guard who was very pleasant. Parked in staging. At 10:15 he called me to get paperwork and door assignment. Receiving people were also very accommodating. Lumper fee was absolutely reasonable. I was out the gate heading home 2 hours later. One of the best distribution centers I’ve ever delivered to.

Before delivering I like to read reviews to get an idea of what I’m up against. The reviews of this place were not good. I was concerned which proved to be true in my experience. First, the address I was given brought me to the exit gate. After another 1.2 miles, I arrived at the entrance. I was given a door immediately. After unload and a call for finished papers, I told them I could not pull out because the door was still red. 45 minutes later and 3 attempts at telling them I received a green light. This place is under staffed with unqualified personnel. This is becoming an industry standard. I’m giving 2 stars for the good attitudes of the newbies. I’m sure they will be spoiled in time.

The most worse place I have seen. People work here are so sweet and polite but don’t know who is manager of this branch. Very mismanaged. Most of diver have been given wrong address like me. Management is trying to punish the driver as much as they can. Lot of parking spots vacant but not allowed to stay. Entrance is on single road and have no room to park on roadside. After green light I got call to move truck to park beside empty trailer until the call for papers and I did then employee came to me and said to go to other place and I went there then another employee came and said go back to previous space. This is most unfriendly branch of drivers. Now I decided I will never pick load for Aldi cos of night deliveries and they don’t care of our sleep and rest. I wish I give them 0 star but no option here.

Had to start a new review. The female called me at 05:40 to tell me my paperwork was ready. I advised her I still had a RED LIGHT! She said she’d tell someone. It’s 06:13 as I type this and still have a RED LIGHT! I still haven’t went and got my paperwork and paid my lumper fee and not going to till I have a GREEN LIGHT!!!! They have me locked in and I can’t move. So, I’ll stay out till they release me from on this illegal PRISON!!!! Seriously, this place is disgusting and embarrassing. BTW… I own a dry van and not a reefer and still takes as long as a reefer load. My patience is running VERY THIN!!!!!!

Wish i could rate them 0 stars. Takes forever for unloading. This is a big lot and receiving hours are after 11pm until.. After delivery, they’ll kick u out and make u suffer to look for a parking spot. These people here don’t respect truckers at all. Management should understand the number 1 concern of truckers which is parking. Either u take receiving in day time or u else provide overnight parking to truckers. U guys are really if you can’t understand a simple thing. I hope one day u find yourself in the same spot. Considering this big lot, overnight parking is a small thing And try to respect the time of truckers We are not on a marriage ceremony that u guys are chilling inside the warehouse.

I came in way before my appointment and maybe that's my fault Check in was EZ and unloading went fast... I also had my lumper fee paid before unload... I pulled out the door and staged as asked to. They came back and changed an additional $33 because allegedly, a pallet needed to be restacked, so during that call I was told even though you got unloaded early, you still have to wait until 1am because that was your appointment time..... So I can't get my ppwrk until 1am or later even though I paid.... And there isn't any overnight parking and you telling them that your running out of hrs isn't a concern... I hate DC's but I'll do Walmart over any DC because at least they are organized

No starts. Pretty bad service in this place. I go to this place every night and last night I arrived at 9:00 PM with a cooler load and was given a door at that time, 2 hours later the guy that was unloading the truck called me and asked to pull out from the door because they need it for another truck and to park in front. He said that the office will call me in 40 minutes to give me the paperwork. At 5:22 Am in the morning they called me to go and paid the Lumper and don't forget to bring the credit card for payment, I asked the lady what was the issue for 8 hours of waiting and she said they were pretty busy, that was lie. So get prepared if you have to deliver here because it takes almost 10 hours to finish. Since they change their system and the company who charges the Lumper Fee they are getting worse. Worse place ever since a couple of months ago.

Very friendly security as well as front staff at receiving desk. This place does get busy. Also if you come in with a negative attitude, it will be given right back to you. And this has a lot of room to maneuver into the docks.

This place is top receiver on my list. Arrived one day early to delivery. Guess what they took load. As long as you let your broker know.

Drivers beware of ALDI they will try to file a claim for freight and even after the shipper has given them credit for the load etc they try to come up and profit off hard working drivers. They tried with us for a banana load saying it was our fault it was over ripe… well let me tell you thanks God the owner of the company had videos of how the product was loaded in the heat at the shipper vs at a refrigerated door as it should be and they couldn’t continue with the claim, our reefer temp download was pulled the temp was always accurate and still they were trying to file a claim, even after the shipper themselves said our temp was perfect!! Just take videos at the shipper, pulp your produce and make sure if the door your getting loaded isn’t refrigerated that you take good videos and advise broker of the pulped temp and also of everything in writing!!! After 5 months we won the battle but they tried to file a claim and nothing was our fault, they pray on the small guy it’s an abuse when product left in bad conditions from the shipper.
