This was my first time shopping at aldi. I had heard good things. But I must say I was so disappointed. The product quality was horrible. Rotten fruits, Rotten vegetables, please see the picture. I will never go there again.
I gave a 1 star review, but if I could give a 0 star review, I would. I had the worst experience at this Aldi today and it’s safe to say I am never going back there ever. The African American young woman cashier that was working on 9/27/2023 at 6:00pm on cashier number 3 who didn’t have a name tag was extremely rude, unmannered, and she didn’t know any customer service, and she looked like she was so done with this job. If you don’t like your job, find another one, and if you don’t know customer service and if you don’t know how to make sure your customers are happy and pleased with your services, and if you don’t know how to ensure that they will back, then don’t get a job that revolves around customer service. I waited in line for more than 10 minutes with a family member and a crying toddler, and I was told we needed 2 more things, so I went to get them, and I came back the moment my family member paid and I asked her to just add these two items so we can leave and be on our way because we had a crying toddler that won’t stop crying and shut up, and she was so rude and she made me wait in line again for like 10 more minutes with that crying toddler and my family member waiting for me near the cashiers, and she humiliated us in front of everyone, and when I confronted her and shared my concerns about what she did, she snapped at us and said “it’s a you problem”. No honey, as a person working in customer service, it is a you problem. Aldi, fire staff like that because we already have enough going on in our live and we don’t have the energy to deal with poor attitudes and behaviors like that. Do better at highering better staff, because I promise you, people like that will lead you to bankruptcy and you will see.
Some ALDI's are better than others. This one is a good one to go and far less costly than Kroger or HEB. Not the broadest selection nor are many of the big brands stocked. However, poultry, seafood and dairy are fresh and much less expensive than other grocery stores
First time shoping at Aldi. We went as a family to see what the hype was all about. The items were pretty cheap...Milk and eggs were like $1.87 each. Aldi does carry some branded items but for the most part, I didn't recognize the brands. In all the experience was pleasant. Bring a quarter for the shopping cart...you get it back when you return the cart. Also bring a bag because they will charge you for bags. I like it, it is small and carries most of the things you need. I will definitely go back. One more thing, Aldi has some good German brands chocolates.

Cashier Ashley was completely rude spoke to her and she did not speak back. She was also told thank you and she did not respond back. Please do not work customer service if you’re going to be rude.

My hometown classic, Aldi is full of finely priced items from meat's to canned goods and everything in between. Plenty of stuff to fill your kitchen and freezer with!! Great variety and seasonal items too!! Christmas stuff from wrapping to gift ideas
I don't recommend this store, it's dirty and I think they have rats, they definitely need to do more cleaning.
