I don't know what is so great about Aldi. I see the commercials, but when you go into the stores, it is totally different. The selections of produce, seafood, meat, and everything else is very limited. There are like no name brands. There are no shelves on the aisles. They make you use a quarter to get a shopping cart, which no one does anymore. This store in particular is very dirty and not in the best location. I do better at real supermarkets.
The store itself is average however extremely rude associate that cashed me out needs to be beat let alone fired. I knew how much my order should be and what he charged me wasn't enough. I checked my receipt and sure enough he had forgotten to bring something up. When I mentioned to him that my order was incorrect he rudely snatched my receipt and ignored me trying to tell him what was wrong. After his second smart remark I had had enough and gave him the business. Not all of us are trying to steal some of us are actually trying to be honest and pay for our groceries. I made sure I was loud enough for his manager was looking and listening. I told him had he paid closer attention to me and left his phone he may have understood what I was saying. He didn't even look at me he just tossed by receipt towards me and went back to what he was doing. Of course I checked that too. It's hard to find good help but damn
This store seems to have a little bit of everything. It will range from food to different types of products that you need in your home and it has good prices attached. I recommend that you try this out, it's not a bad place to get all your grocery shopping done either. One thing I will suggest though bring your bags with you they do not beg it for you unless you buy and also make sure you bring a quarterbecause you need a quarter in order to get a cart but you will get the quarterback when you return the cart back to it's place. Amazing affordable healthy produce, gluten free options, meats, canned and frozen foods! Terrific cashier support. Bring your own bag or box. Remember a quarter for the cart! Ez parking!
It is an Aldi's. Prices are better than the other grocers but it is almost all Aldi's brands. This one sees a lot of traffic so it was out of some cuts of meat when I went through on a Sunday.
I usually go to the Central Ave. store, but I decided to try this store, since it was closer. I guess that this store must be smaller, since I couldn't find any organic strawberries or raspberries there!!! But at least I did get a few things. And I even bought a couple of new items too!!! I like the quality of Aldi's produce, and their breads are just as good as any store bought...and even a bit cheaper!!!
Aldi's is a discount food store and is one of the foundations of discount buying for our household. I shop here regularly. There is a good selection of food stuffs that seldom change much. There are also a selection of discount home goods, these change over often, so buy it if you see it. The only set back is cashing out, as they have no express lines. The location will be moving soon.
Always helpful caring and if I cannot find something staff will go look for me. Plus my beautiful granddaughter works there. She is a hard worker
Love Aldi! Very clean, well organized store that gets you in and out in no time. Grocery shopping has never been easier. Plenty of parking and the staff are very courteous and professional. I witnessed a guy trying to shoplift frozen meat, and the employee handled it very professionally. Only complaint is that the stock of bread, meat and produce changes up, so you never know what kind of stuff will be there next or how long it'll last.
Update to review of the parking lot. They fixed it front and back. You no longer have to fear breaking your car's suspension or falling into the abyss.
