Good people Check in 1 hours before appointment No parking

No joke get here early at night. It took me almost three hours to get to the gate. They do keep your license but I had no issues getting it back. Once you're in the process is pretty smooth. Easy backing and if you pay your lumper fee through the link they text you, your paperwork will be ready pretty quick. You can't overnight but I did take my sweet time doing paperwork and setting up my next load and no one said anything to me.

I checked in at 12 for a 1am appointment. Got through gate in 30 minutes and was unloaded and had paperwork at 3:30. People were pleasant. All in all not bad . I was expecting worse after reading other reviews

Very organized, lots of room to navigate the docks etc. Paperwork takes HOURS to obtain once trailer is unloaded. There's gotta be a faster was to get drivers out. Also, if you need to do a 10 hr break, go to Rutters or WAL-MART, closest Truck Stop is 40 miles away.

Ok imma give it 5 for these simple reasons. I read the reviews so I got here at 5 pm for 11pm appt. They were very friendly and they had me come back at 7:30 There is a truck stop called “ Rutters” less than a mile from here, gos doesn’t show it . Lots of parking good food very clean. Trust me when I say this place gets packed. Once I got back at 7:39 they had me stay in my truck till 9 pm then they called us in order with our doors!! Mine was 96 you check in at door 84 with the key pass they give you. I can’t stress enough get here very early they’ve already started on mine but you all know How DC’S can be. Oh pleanty of parking for the dock

This place has gotten better over the years usually out within 2 hours. Line in the front can be crazy though come around 10:30-11pm even if your appointment is for 1-3am they will check you in a door. Have your ID ready and there are clip boards by the guard shack with two papers to fill out, give it to the guard along with BOL & ID . Once backed in door walk to door 45 with the key pass they give you and give lumper paper work and wait for phone call.

The guard shack is ridiculous for ever to check in and they made me surrender my driver license which I tried to not allow but my option was surrender or they would refuse load. Lumper girl was rude too 2 hours for 5 pallets all same product from thier new warehouse in North Hampton pa.

Unloading fast and before appointment, man s room, no vending machines,,no parking overnight, of course you can be creative and sleep few hrs, and lumper fee. 8:30pm

There is no overnight parking but you can park on the road across the street. There is also a Rutter’s about a mile away. I’m not sure if people get away with parking on the premises but they have signs on the guard shack that say if you are caught sleeping on the premises AFTER you get your paperwork, you will be banned and not allowed to deliver there anymore. You cannot check in more than an hour before your appt time. People were nice and I checked in at 3am for a 4am appt. I was unloaded, had my paperwork, and was off the premises by 5am.

I had nothing but great experience Delivering. Very professional stuff,fast check in and even faster the unloading process. What may hold you for an hour or two i believe is the lumper service and that alone causes the hectic traffic and shortage of parking in their property because most drivers are there waiting for the papers so whenever you are done unloading just park wherever as long you are safe from the traffic and not blocking a fellow driver they won't bother you
