Love the broad selection of shoes. I always check Aldo’s first for any occasion. The store is always nice and clean and the staff are super nice and extremely helpful! Make sure you ask for Liliana, she’s great at helping you pick the perfect pair for any occasion. Thank you for always helping me Liliana!
Don’t waste your money. Horrible quality and service!!! Purchased a sandal wedge for my daughters graduation. My daughter walked onto her campus and within 15 minutes of walking she called me and said the shoe broke. I had to take off my shoes so she didn’t graduate barefoot, thankfully she didn’t hurt herself. I went in within a week and a half, had receipt and they wouldn’t give me a store credit or refund. In the middle of me speaking, the manger, Angel, interrupted me and told me that no matter what I said she wasn’t returning the shoes. Horrible attitude and awful customer service and quality. They still have the shoes in their possession. Wish I could give ZERO stars. I’ll never go back and I’ll spread the word.
I went in to return a pair of shoes I NEVER wore, because they didn’t fit. The girl took the shoes to the back and then came back trying to like rub/clean the bottom. Saying I wore them out and that she couldn’t take them back because they were ‘ruined and dirty’. They never fit, so I never wore them out. She was extremely rude. I think she’s actually the one who ruined the pair of shoes. She never said she was taking them to try and ‘clean them’. Now I remember why I never shop at ALDO. I’ll definitely be calling to speak with some one who could help me return the shoes that SHE ruined. *Update: They don’t answer the phone, either. I had to call corporate to try and get this resolved*
This is the worst store. First of all I went on 4/18 around 3:30 pm. I waited minutes before someone came out to help. She comes out and said she was by herself. I called out several times before she came out. Two other customers walked out. If you’re alone there is nothing that urgent that needs to be done in the back during open hours. Next I had return I was told I couldn’t return because I started it online but I could not print the label. She was able to download it on my phone but I still couldn’t return the items in store. That was so weird. Not sure why the return could not have been cancelled. Anyway I saw the bad reviews and thought they were just being tough but I agree the customer service here is horrible and she was not nice. I think she could have done more. I don’t think shopping at Aldo is worth it. Again the girl was not helpful at all and didn’t want to be. You can tell when people just don’t want to be bothered!
They don't even deserve 0.5 a star. Rude and terrible attitude towards customers. I was ignored and dismissed and the older lady here was condescending and didn't accept a return/exchange for defective item because it was worn once. You will soon lose all your customers if you keep up this approach! UPDATE: Looked up their responses on the negative reviews and they are posting the same generic cynical response as they have below for mine. Sorry but there is no reason for any customer to trust this kind of Z-class service and when no remedy is suggested. The product I got injured my feet for poor design on the first and only wear. I have pain in my right heel and blisters on both feet after just one wear. Despite me explaining this to the store associate, returning my item was not accepted. For a 150$ item the least one can expect is a comfortable boot and not just style. Keep copy pasting the same responses
Was there a few seconds ago trying to buy my wife new Disney collection..the employee was so rude....need to fix that as a company will lose alot of customers...
The workers were so sweet and helpful I had trouble deciding what color of heels for a dress I had just bought and they were so patient and reassuring with me. Really excellent service!!!
They don’t deserve even one star , very bad experience . Bought shoes there and stitches on them are coming out . I went back to store to ask them why are they coming out. She replied very rude with loud voice and says there is no return or exchange . When I told that I am there to check if it is used shoes that are sold or not . She just started shouting . Very unpleasant service
Not a good customer experience. Went to check if I got a defective shoes but they started yelling at me as there is no exchange. Very irritating staff
Holly and Johanna were absolutely amazing. Holly was super professional while maintaining a refreshing level of personality. I walked into the store while I was on my way to Nordstrom’s. I saw a pair of blue cache shoes in the window display. Immediately they caught my attention. I walked in and I was greeted by Holly. She asked me how I was doing and how she could help. I asked her if they had a size 13 in the shoes I saw in the display. She asked me to point out which ones I liked. She then scanned the shoe and said it looks like we do. Holly then went to go grab them. Before she left she asked if I would like to see anything else. I said no, but she encouraged me to have look around while she checked. Holly came back and said "I have good news and bad news, which one do you want first,” I said, “give me the bad news”... She then explained to me that a new shipment of shoes had just arrived, but those shoes weren’t scanned into the system. She then said given the stock associate was not scheduled for that day she and Johanna would not be able to leave the floor to find them because it was a busy Saturday afternoon which was totally understandable. Reading the disappointment on my face she checked to see if any other local store had them. The Northridge location did and she suggested I go there. I wasn't going to do that because I liked Holly service, and I didn't want to make the drive. Holly then presented to me other styles and colors that she did have. There was one pair that I kind of liked but they were too conservative for the event that I was going to be attending with my wife. I looked around a bit more, but I wasn't sold on them or anything else that I was looking at. I said to Holly that I was going to go Nordstrom’s and then circle back in an hour or so. She then made a witty remark that I won't repeat but it was funny and her joke stood out to me. She offered to hold the shoes while I shopped around since it was the only size 13 she had. I walked to a few other stores but didn't see anything that grabbed my attention. While I was window shopping for shoes I did manage to pick out an outfit. After an hour or so I returned back to Aldo and to Holly's surprise I believe. I asked to see the shoes she held for me again. I tried them on and wasn't feeling them at all. She then showed me a few more styles and finally, she found a pair that I liked. I tried them on immediately and knew they were the right shoes. In addition to that, she helped me pick a belt that matched my shoes and outfit perfectly. Needless to say, I bought the shoes and the belt. My primary reason for coming back to the store was because I liked the way Holly handled herself. She really understands how to treat a guest and be genuine. Nothing about her or her approach was artificial. She really wanted to help me find what was going to work for me. I walked into two other stores while I was at the mall. In one of the stores, the service was so bad that had they not had exactly what I wanted I would have walked out but standing @ 6"5 it's hard to find clothes that fit and look nice at the same time. Unforatanley customer service is a lost art in today's age, especially in the brick and mortar environment. Holly is clearly a master and delivers a flawless experience. No doubt due to all of Johanna's fabulous training : If I could hire her I was in a moment’s notice. This young lady is an outstanding addition to your team and I will be coming back with my wife to spend some more money.
