Founded in 1951 Aledo FD serves the community by providing fire protection and EMS first response, and public education. Aledo FD covers 120 square miles of the east side of Parker County.
In 2013 AVFD became a proud member of Parker Co. ESD #1. PCESD1 covers most of Parker Co. TX providing emergency services.
