Great service at this Alex & Ani shop! Tiny but well-stocked on the best street in the city.
They were so good to me! My mom bought me a lotus ring and it broke in half! I was so sad! They tried looking it up, but couldn't find her name in the system, and I had never been there, but they replaced it anyway! I am so grateful! I was SO happy that I bought a paw print cord bracelet too. Next is going to be either a galaxy necklace, or arrow bangle. I love this place! Thank you thank you thank you!
First Alex and Ani store I've been in, it was super cute and the staff were very nice and helpful, and seemed very excited. One of the ladies helped my boyfriend pick out three bracelets for his grandma and mother for Mother's Day. She was patient, and she gave him his military discount even though he had no proof he was leaving for boot camp a couple days later! Altogether a good experience!
Absolutely one of my favorite jewelry spots! A little pricey with some of the pieces but overall the meaning and the various charities they donate to is worth it. Make sure you know that you will easily drop $100 or more before walking in! They have the cutiest bangles that you can start collecting. I've had a few of the charms fall off and go missing, and I've been able to call customer service and send in the broken items and get a egift card in return, which I truly appreciate it! The girls always let you try on as many pieces as you ask for, and they cater to you from the time you walk in, until you leave. Love!
Snooty salesperson!!! I went in to purchase a requested item that a family member wanted. I wasn't familiar with the item and the female staff member acted as if I was beneath her for not being educated on the product. Well guess what? I educated myself on it, and made my purchase elsewhere.
Cute little store selling made in the USA jewellery. The store is neat, clean and organised, and Candy was excellent helping us wife and I pick a couple of items. If you are trying to buy a gift for a friend, or family overseas, and refuse to bring a made in China one, then give Alex and Ani in Winter Park a try.
These luxury items all have their own unique stories. I'm not into accessories, but the people who I love are, and now I know a lot more. My guy Brandon put me up the latest Alex and Ani seasonal releases, and the good causes some of the profit goes to.
A little put off by not being attended despite having been seen, but once attended it was ok. Did notice everyone buying a bangle were given little black bag, while i had to ask twice for it. Maybe I'm too sensitive.
This shop is amazing, clean & attractive and located in downtown Winter Park. This shop sells Alex & Ani jewelry, such as bracelets & rings and such. Staff greets you instantly and proceeds to assist you in what your seeking. This is an awesome shop being well stocked with a very knowledgeable staff on hand. The thing about Alex & Ani is that the jewelry for the most part may represent a charity. Such as I was shopping for my daugthers for Christmas recently. My oldest is going to be having a baby soon, so I wanted this braclet with a baby block on it. This particular bracet represents the March of Dimes. When I purchased this item 20 %, of its cost which is extremely reasonably priced goes to the March of Dimes. They have such a large selection to choose from & Im a big fan of great service! My daughter's and I love Alex & Ani jewlery. Great place for your "me" time! Stop by & be impressed!
