The store didn’t open until 15 minutes after actual time they were supposed to open, which was very frustrating. But once in the store the help I received from Louvisa made this review go from one star to five. She is phenomenal and very respectful of people’s time. Very good service, recommend classic shoes at fair prices

We always receive the BEST service when stopping in. And yet, alas, they never have exactly the garment or size I want. Their inventory seems ultimately a bit limited. Nevertheless, I'm holding out. Someday my day will come.

Went as the designers are my inspiration and just need to step into the store. Couldn't buy anything but a lovely staff member saw my excitement on my face and gave me a look book and told me to come back and look any time. Felt so over welmed with joy.

I ordered a wallet from Alexander Mcqueen website two months ago. The UPS box was sealed and the box the wallet came in was opened and empty. I have called every week and every time they act like they've never spoken to me and have no information. Every rep said they would call UPS but no one ever gets back to me. I will continue calling for the next year if I have to just to get an answer. This was an expensive purchase and one of the reps even laughed at me when I asked if a replacement could be sent or if I could be refunded. Zero compassion that my wallet was stolen. I really hope that this was an oversight and the wallet was accidentally not placed in the box. I am begging you to please resend me a wallet or just refund me. My name is Rebecca Quinn and would greatly appreciate it if someone could reach out to me with an answer.
