Alexander Poptodorov is PASSIONATE about helping people achieve OPTIMAL Health & Wellness. He was a microbiology major and started AAP Fitness in Tampa in 2005 along with his wife Ashley after she encouraged him to follow his gifting for helping others to achieve health and wellbeing. They were very successful and sold their facility in 2012 so that Alex could further purse his dream of becoming a Traditional Naturopath.
After relocating to the Atlanta area, Alex & Ashley started A+A Wellness. A+A Wellness offers a complete range of Fitness, Nutrition, Lifestyle and Naturopathy Services to help people achieve optimal health.
Alex recently graduated with highest Honors from Trinity College of Natural Health and is a Certified Naturopath, Certified Natural Health Practitioner, Certified Nutritional Counselor and Nutritionist.
