To start off, it was a very relaxing and comforting environment. All of the staff I encountered were polite, knowledgeable, and empathetic. They made this whole terrible process as painless as could be. I am very appreciative for the many ways they helped and positively impacted my family. Would definitely recommend.

We randomly found Alexander White Mullen while getting Starbucks across the street. We were very sad and stressed loosing our dad unexpectedly. When we walked in we were greeted warmly. We met with Julie and  right away felt safe going though this difficult process with someone who listened and wanted to support our vision of the celebration we wanted to create for celebrating dad’s life. All the details we expressed were important were executed professionally. They even helped us stay within our budget. We really appreciated the support and planning we received. I’d highly recommend working with Julie. She was amazing.

Wonderful people. They recently helped me bury my husband. They made a very emotional time for much easier. They walked me through the process and took breaks for me gather myself. I have got my arrangement so my daughter dissent have to do this. Thank you everyone, Deborah Andersen

The staff at Alexander White Mullen were very professional, caring and extremely helpful.  Morgan, Megan, Kenyatta and Julie are amazing as individuals and they make a wonderful team. I could tell they really love what they do and are very passionate about their work.  I would recommend them to everyone. Many blessings to them all.

The service and care that was given for my father was honorable and well done. I was extremely impressed with the staff’s knowledge and organization. They were kind and caring and met our needs perfectly.

My mother passed in September 2018. The staff at Alexander White Mullen was so considerate and compassionate helping us plan her funeral! Chase, Janice, Tina and all the other staff made the process of planning mom's funeral so easy to understand and execute. We had the funeral at their facility, and it was beautiful! They really listened to my description of mom and tailored the service to feature her crafts. It was beautiful! And the lunch in the Lindbergh room was just perfect for our family! I am so grateful to the staff for supporting us during this difficult time.

Harry was absolutely the best ! He handled everything very professionally and very personally as if he were a member of our family! I would highly recommend this mortuary and definitely Harry ! My dad looked wonderful and very peaceful which was a great comfort to me.The flowers were stunning and exactly what my dad requested. And the celebrant Elizabeth was superb. I have a copy of my dads beautiful service that she put together and read it often for comfort. It really touched every important moment of my dads life and I know if he were still here he would have approved it with an A+ Thank you again Harry for making this difficult time in my life a beautiful memory  Kim LaGrand

The team at Alexander-White-Mullen Funeral home is absolutely amazing. Even when the individual the service for is not blood related, they treat them as a family member and take great care of everyone involved in the process. They will go out of their way to make sure that everything is perfect from the music to the mementos and flowers around the room.  Janis and Tina were a few of the individuals that we worked with and they were absolutely amazing in our time of need.  Thank you all for everything that you do! The whole team is totally amazing!!

Janis Hopkins & the entire staff of Alexander-White-Mullen were amazing!  When my mother passed away it was a very difficult time.  They took the worst time of my life and helped us celebrate her life.  For that I cannot express enough gratitude to you.  Thank you for your professionalism and truly caring about all of us.

On behalf of my family in regards to the Celebration Of Life for my Uncle Lindley, I want to express how grateful we are. Alexander Funeral Home worked with every detail we had for this day. Their caring and sensitive nature towards everything is something we are very appreciative of. This was a very hard time for my family and they allowed us to bring in music and accommodated every need and wish we had to make Lindley’s celebration of life a day that completely represented who he was. Our service was uplifting to everyone because of the directors at Alexander. Thank you again for giving us this time to Celebrate my Uncle in a way that he lived his life.
