I love sharing what I have learned from my own journey through the practices of self-care. I became a teacher of yoga because it allows me to bring to others the joy that my yoga practice has brought to me. In the class room, I offer a place for students to practice mindfully and to explore their own capabilities. I enjoy teaching vinyasa sequences that create breath-body links designed to give the student the experience of fluid movement with the breath. I strive to teach the importance of balance in life and believe that a regular yoga practice can teach you how.
