Was unsure of going there because of reviews. Spent 3 hours with 3 different people at progressive trying to get my car insurance changed. After waiting 2 months, I went to ALF to get it takin care of. Yosif took care of my problem in about 15 minutes. Couldn't be happier.

Actually wanted to rate no stars but could not post comment without at least one star The agent was not helpful at all. I needed to cancel my husband's policy due to his unexpected death.
