Alfonso’s Pastry Shoppe Red Bank

Wow! I am impressed. My Staten Island friends were very excited Alfonso's was coming to Red Bank and it's clear why. The two desserts were tried were outrageously good, and they are reasonably priced too. A full sized tarte and a mini pie was around $15. Not bad!

Great bakery! Would recommend to anyone looking for quality baked goods. They did such a nice job on our baby shower cake and it was delicious. Everyone raved about the cake and cupcakes. We will definitely use them for the christening and all future parties. We are so glad to have a new place. My brother Vito turned us on to them and we will spread the word. Thanks again.

Quite a large selection of pastries. Generous portion of samplers. Reasonable prices. One draw back, they did not heat the food we got for lunch.

They have a wide variety of cakes and pastries and all are delectable.

I don't know how long this place place has been at this location I guess I never noticed it before until last week. What a great place , tons of cookies, cakes, pastries of all sorts, I was just in all of the selection. I finally ordered 4 of each cream puffs, eclairs & napoleon's the napoleon's are my favorite . the cream puffs & eclairs were filled with custard very good not to sweet, just right. Definitely worth a look, you won't be disappointed.

I am very impressed with the pastries we got today. Some unique options like the cannoli sp? donut and lobster tail. Apple turnover was perfect combination of not too sweet and not over baked. Very happy overall. Just watch out if you get a coffee, the cups my wife and I got both started leaking a little.

Outstanding! So often cakes/pastries look wonderful and don't taste like much - we've tried several things here and have never been disappointed. Olive bread was the most interesting - loved it! Highly recommend!

Used to go over to Staten Island bakery so happy they opened in Red Bank. The staff is so helpful, friendly. Anything you buy from Alphonsos is the BEST you will not be disappointed. The brownies are to die for with a chocolate mouse type topping. The cakes are phenomenal. If you never shopped in there you better go real soon, especially for the Holiday’s . Gail Lionetti. Amazing pastries! What a great shop. The staff were all super helpful and the coffee was great. I hope they can switch to recyclable lids in the future! Would give a 5th star for sustainability

Alfonso's Bakery Pastry Shoppe is an amazing addition to Red Bank. Staff was polite and patient while making decisons on which delicious dessert to choose from! Cristina generously donated bread for the Code Blue Initiative right here in town. Thank you for being a blessing to RB!
