Great price and friendly service! They even took out a particular flower and replaced it with one of my choosing. So...basically a custom bouqet for under 30 dollars. Extremely happy with the flowers and I think she will be too. :0
I was asked if I needed any help soon after walking through the door. The person assisting me was friendly and courteous. The floral arrangements were plentiful and good attention to details. I had my floral and other items delivered to a difficult place. The delivery was spot on time. I will be using their services again. I highly recommend them.
I would give zero stars if I could. Despite having a recepit and having called to confirm our flowers that very morning, they never arrived. And we were never informed. A problem arose, and when we asked then if they were planning to communicate this with us, they said "no, we were nor planning on telling you" It would seem a basic idea to inform the customer that theagreed upon order with receipt is no longer valid and that our flowers would not be delivered as promised merely 4 hours ago, but that is not a value this entiry holds. So very dissapointed. One does not simply mess with peoples special occasions like that. S
I ordered flowers from the website for delivery the next day. It would have cost me $43 total. Good deal! Then at 12PM the next day day of delivery I get a call from Alicia's telling me that the website they use doesn't always do a good job of communicating with the shop. They had just received my order and they don't carry the arrangement I ordered. They asked if they could substitute it. Sure no problem.... Oh yeah and our order minimum is $45 so your new total will be $56!!! I asked why they were charging me more for their mistake. They should have just honored the arrangement for the price I paid on THEIR WEBSITE!!! He told me that I am free to go somewhere else!! I canceled it and will go somewhere else. Bad customer service!
DO NOT!! Consider doing business with these people. I paid $130.50 for what I believed would be a beautiful bridal bouquet that I pulled from their website. I received pretty much 2 dozens of roses that appeared to be bought from Lucky's/Safeway grocery store with a whole bunch of greenery wrapped in some ugly cheap plastic ribbon, not only that...but they secured the ribbon with clear heavy duty tape. I couldn't believe my eyes, never I came across something made so poorly. I walked into the shop to request a full refund and spoke to the owner reason why I believed this person was the owner is because I know for a fact a Manager or any other employee would never talk to a customer the way he talk to me this "man" was rude and called me a lier to my face. This man mentioned he never got a picture of what I requested. Please... someone explain to me, how can someone start a job, in this case an arrangement without any pictures of what the customer is asking for. When I asked for my money back he walked away as I was speaking to him, disrespect my sister by telling her to mind her business since she was not the person who paid for the bouquet. Worse experience ever, please keep your options open before heading to this place, it will save you time and money. See for yourself what I requested and what I received for $130.50 Advice to the owner: Stop downloading Google images to built a pipeline of new customer's. This is called false advertising, If you can not do the job, be honest to your customer and DECLINE the request. This is what puts you out of business
I used their online site to place an order for Mother's Day since I live out of state. Mother's Day came and passed. I found out that the flowers were never received. When I called Alicia's Flower Shop I was told that they ran out of flowers. I asked why I was never notified so that I could make other arrangements. I was told that with all the orders they received they couldn't call everyone to notify them. He then said they even had to close early, so why not use that time to notify us? Disappointed that they would let customers believe that their order is okay when truly they will not be receiving anything, not even a call!! Bad business, bad customer service!
Really bad service, came in and was greeted but from there just went downhill. I was talking to my husband about getting two bouquets and splitting it in threefor personal reasons but then we tried to ask the man if he could possibly do that for us, but before I could even finish my question he shut me down. I wouldn't mind paying extra bucks for such request but bad service and unwilling to work with a custom bouquet for the customer just did it for me, isn't that what it's all about?
I sent my Daughter Some flowers for her Birthday, They were Beautiful and fresh !! She loved them and they were very good priced . I have Recived also from Chase and they were also amazingly put together as well. I will for sure use Chase for all my Flowers needs !!!! Thank you so much for the Great Service !!!
