At Align Amar Yoga, we believe that long-lasting health and a greater sense of well-being are possible when body, mind and spirit are aligned. Our alignment-based instruction gives students the knowledge and confidence they need to begin and sustain a healthy yoga practice. Students learn how to feel better through yoga postures, breathwork and meditation/relaxation techniques.
We also believe that the yogic path is enhanced by the support, love and positive energy of community. So come roll out a mat and align your body, mind and spirit in the company of friends.
Align Amar yoga offers diverse programs of yoga to meet your interests, needs, abilities, schedule, and pocketbooks. We also offer the Nia Technique, and QiGong.
