My goal is to increase awareness of a person's ability to change their beliefs. 95% of one's behavior is controlled by their subconscious mind. Frequently there are scripts running there that are counter-productive to a person's conscious goals. Using the process of PSYCH-K, those scripts can be replaced with something more aligned with how a person wants to experience their life. Areas that can be targeted include professional performance, stress, physical symptoms of stress, trauma, relationships, behaviors - anything that has a basis in a belief about oneself or their world. Many people are familiar with using visualization techniques or affirmations to achieve goals. PSYCH-K speeds up this process.
