I hate to leave bad reviews but felt I owe it to other consumers. I had my eyebrows done here twice. The owner, Atia, is fairly nice, but her salon is not the cleanest. She charged double than what the sign posted outside said on my 2nd visit. Since I normally tip generously, I let it go, and just didn't tip her. She seems to charge whatever price she feels like, and my eyebrows are quite sparse, so it wasn't a hardship, or time consuming :
i got a very nice haircut from atia, she did a wonderful job to my frizzy and damaged hair. she even recommended me the hair product and oil, which i use now and it has really helped me out. since the time i have been to this saloon i never back to my old one. love the service here. very humble and friendly people.
Normally, I would refrain from giving bad reviews. But this is the worst haircut I've gotten. They disregarded what I asked for. And was way more expensive than I paid last time I went there. Also, be prepared to wait an hour or so until your service even if you took an appointment. Although, I do support that it's a family business and the owner's daughter was friendly. Only reasons for the extra stars
Omg i went here for facial and they do it with their NAILS!!! SO NASTY .. unhygienic!!! I asked her why isn't she using a tool and she said they don't have that. And her nails gave scar all over my face!!! Then she sold a saop to me for $15 and it didn't help at all. Such a waste of time and money.!
I thought it would be a nice salon, since it was in an up and coming area. But do not be fooled, the place is unhygenic, crowded and messy. The lady Atia, who did my eyebrows seemed completely absent she did not listen to what I said and she did my brows a real injustice. It is one of those desi places where the people are absent minded, and expect double the money for a unsatisfactory service.
The owner does the main work, would do with help as its an hour wait if there's more than 4 people ahead of you. Otherwise, good service!
She is the worst most dishonest person ever. She is a crook and doesn't know how to do anything. Stay away from this place and this crook.
Very professional and friendly staff and excellent management including great service.
