I have been coming to Alka, since she opened the business. Today, I was told three different times that she was on her way. I was waiting over 40 minutes. I had to use the restroom and the lady worker in the red and black said, "The restroom is closed. " I said," Alka always let me use the restroom. " She caller me a liar. How is it our MONEY is good enough for you people and we cannot use the restroom? Majority BLACK WOMEN & LATINO WOMEN support this business. Now, I understand why we should do business with our own people, because they definitely aren't supporting Black nor Latinos businesses. Furthermore, what if my baby had to use the restroom? What behoove is when she started talking in her native language. Girl please speak in English for I'm able to understand

I have been a loyal customer since she had her booth at River Oaks Mall in Calumet City but the one time i asked for someone else other than the new girlbc she messed up my eyesbrows last time I have not been treated the same. And I have always tipped them whether they messed or not. But now their rude, I rather go spend my money else.
I love this place…I’ve been going here for over two years and no matter who does my service it’s always on point….The services I normally get are thread, tint and lashes and I normally pay $30-$40 for all three…Great Service, Great People, Professional and Affordable…Btw I always wipe the tint off myself no more than 20 mins and it’s perfect every time

There is one of the ladies that.do not know what she's doing. my 2nd time giving her a chance, and lashes fell off both times. But the others are good
Love everyone else that works there they always get my shape right but not alka she always messes up my eyebrows she always seems in a rush when it’s busy and makes them thin

Pretty darn good at what they do. Didn't really enjoy the facial though. Kind of impersonal, rushed, cheap products. Can be very crowded, but they get you in and out as fast as they can. Very nice ladies
