After Hurricane Ian, I had to scramble to salvage what I could from my house that lost the roof and was inundated with all of that rain.  The staff went out of the way to open up as soon as the power came on and I was able to find a unit to put my things.  Conrad has always been very helpful.  Thank you!

I love this place. The Bellnova location is outstanding. The staff are professional, friendly & knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable. I've been at this location for almost 3 years now and don't foresee any change in that anytime soon.

I've been a customer there at the Bell Nova for 6 years and moderate increases are fine 5% or so but when I get the letter that my rate is going up 38% in one swoop I had to move. What a way to treat customers that have been with you forever. I'm sure that you'll have no problem filling it but for a struggling business I can't afford the kind of increases that this company put upon us when nothing changed in the way of overall service. Terrible money gouging outfit. Only reason I gave it any stars was because the manager did apologize that the rates went up but he had no control over it.

Awesome place. Staff is very helpful. Would recommend.
